Scam artists. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and then do none of it. Courts have found this company guilty of fraud. More floors are still uneven, cracks still in my foundation, sump pumps were just left under my house without even being installed. Manager refuses to call me back. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Work on our property was done in June 2020. There were cracks noticed shortly after & they were notified. At that time they told us they would call for repairs & then it was too cold, which is understandable. It's now March 2021 & we were told the repair would start @730. That has came & went. Not to long after we called to find out where they were & was told they had 1 call ahead of us.

Also, we can't prove this, but it just so happened some items came up missing after the initial work was done.

You can make your own opinion, but we will NEVER refer them to ANYONE!

Bad communication. Sets up job dates a do not show. Lies a out calling to reschedule. Said they left messages, a lie. Over two months of wasted time. Very unprofessional .

Don't waste your time with this company. They are very unorganized. I called and made an appointment for today October 1 at 9:30 AM and nobody showed up. When I called the office to figure out why, they had some note in their system that I was supposed to call back to confirm the appointment but that is 100% false. I live out of state so the person I called to make the appointment with explained that somebody would have to be on site for the inspection and I told her that my property manager would be there and we could leave the appointment as it was for today. Obviously that didn't happen so my property manager wasted an hour waiting around for somebody that was never even scheduled to show up.

I haven't had any work done by Olshan Foundation yet, but the inspector who came out was very polite, professional and knowledgable. She explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and talked to me about what should head the list as priorities and what we have a little time on. She was very thorough and once I am ready to have the work completed, I will definitely use Olshan.

Leveled 3/4 of my house and said they were done. Was going to leave some work undone where they took things apart. Knocked my return air duct off the unit. I had a Structural Engineer come out and tell me that they needed to do more work. I called the office numerous times with no return calls. I finally got someone to come back out and tell me I needed more work. The next week l get a call saying they need 4,000 more. That's after getting me for almost 10,000. I ended up yanking their cable lock jacks out a had a cap

Horrible customer service! I did not have work completed on my home because I was never able to get that far. I submitted 2 online requests to have a representative call me regarding encapsulating my basement with no response. I then proceeded to call the company several times and spoke with the receptionist Rose who told me she would send a note to a technician for them to call me. No one ever called! I have finally given up! No customer should have to beg a company for their service.

DO NOT USE OLSHAN, PLEASE READ MY STATEMENT IN FULL TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE ANY OTHER FOUNDATION COMPANY....

The guy who showed up to my house to do the inspection was GREAT! Very professional I had great measurements he communicated everything.... The crew that did my job didn't talk to me about anything, they left a mess afterward, there were bottles, etc... left everywhere. Days later we were wondering, WHY IS IT SO HOT IN HERE?! Our HVAC guy came out to find that HVAC vents around the perimeter where they dug were removed from my daughters room, one was now in water and the intake/return were detached from the unit. The HVAC company had seen my unit and duct work previously and stated that is not the condition it was in.

IT GETS BETTER! Then the owner came out, he said about how his guys are to report existing or damage done to the home owner which they didn't otherwise if they did I would understand of existing issues before either from his workers or my HVAC people. He then went under my house to inspect for himself and take his own pictures, etc... while down there he took it upon himself to move ducts etc... because now he says there isn't anything disconnected except for the one. The HVAC company is coming out tomorrow to tell me what he had moved so I have proof that he is trying to cover himself or his guys. LET ME CLEARLY STATE, I DID NOT ASK FOR HIM TO MOVE ANYTHING RELATED TO HVAC AS I DO NOT KNOW IF HE IS QUALIFIED TO DO ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO HVAC.

I am having to spend 3K out of my own pocket to fix HVAC lines, possibly do MOLD TESTING, hotel if there is mold so my DAUGHTER ISN'T HARMED. The owner had talked to his guys to only hear that they said nothing was reported or their fault. So I guess I will have to see them in court because he DOES NOT FEEL THE NEED TO OWN THE DAMAGES HE AND HIS COMPANY HAS DONE TO OUR HOUSE. I gave the owner the phone number of the HVAC company and invited him to come out to discuss the HVAC condition and work but he has declind and is not sending anyone on his behalf.

I had an appointment scheduled for a week to get a free estimate. They were to be at my home at 12:45 Monday 5/1/17. It is now 1:45 and they didn't show up or call me. I would not recommend this company if they can't have the courtesy to call or show up I don't want them working on my home.

I can't emphasize enough DO NOT use this company. They took me for my whole savings. They mislead me about the condition of my foundation and sold me something I did not need. Part of their sales pitch was that their work would sell my home (as I was about to put it on the market). Come to find out during the sales process my foundation needed $30-$50k in repair work and the work Olshan did was not considered credible by multiple inspectors. An honest company would have informed me that what my house needed was beyond their scope of work. And the sales guy and the foreman both had the audacity to tell me my house was better built than a house less than a year old sitting next to my property! Please, please, please, learn from my mistake and call a licensed professional structural engineer. These guys are not structural engineers!!!
