We live in Portland proper and just received a very high water bill so wanted to look into having a well put in. I gave Olsen a call. The person was very helpful and actually explained why putting a well in wouldn't be cost effective for us. I was very impressed that he explained why it wasn't such a good idea and essentially turned down our business. I have no doubt these guys would do a great job for us.

Adam called me right back and though he didn't do work in my area (across the state border) he offered to call his suppliers and find names of other drillers in my area for me! Now that is a good person going out of his way to help someone who can't ever be his customer (unless of course I move to Oregon someday).

This is the first and probably the last review I'll write. These guys were amazing. I called them up with a well issue (my pump wasn't turning on) and he apologized and said they would not be able to make it out today because they were way too busy. I asked if they could test a couple of the parts I took off, he said they would, and they might even have a replacement part on one of their trucks, they invited me out to one of their jobs, tested the parts and found the culprit. Adam then walked over to his truck, pulled out a brand new control box handed it to me and said if this works mail me a check! These guys saved my butt! They will get my business from here on out. Highly recommended!

This time I needed a new well, so used the full services of this company. Again I was impressed by their courtesy, competence, and straight forward information. Adam again was the pump man, and Vance the driller I met for the first time. Adam cut my phone line putting in the new plumbing--- not his fault, but the company nevertheless immediately paid the charge from the phone company for tracing and repairing. Adam followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the well and the water.
