Very dissatisfied with this company. After finding a slow continuous leak in my septic intake pipe I called Olsen. It was not considered an emergency, but they told me they would send someone the next day. I called at 4:30 the next day to 'remind' them to send a plumber. It then became an 'after hours' call at the exorbitant rate of $270/hour. The plumber unsuccessfully tried to uncover my septic tank and told me to call a septic company. We also discussed an outdoor shower leak that I said I would need to make another appointment for. They put this as a line item on my bill. They also stated my septic tank was full, which was not determined by the plumber, and was not the case after having the problem resolved by another company. When I called to discuss the $360 bill with Olsen, they said someone would call me back and they never did, they sent me another bill with a late charge. I have used them in the past, they generally are slow to schedule appointments, often two weeks out, and charge crazy amounts if they come sooner than that. I have since found a really good plumber, shows up fast, especially if it's an emergency, and charges very reasonable rates.

On Christmas morning I checked the temperature in my house and it was 40 degrees. Unfortunately I was in Dedham not on the Cape I called Olsen Plumbing and they were at the house within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. There was no hesitation whatsoever about coming out on Christmas Day, for me that says quite a bit about the company.

We have used them in the past and I can honestly say they are extremely responsive, professional, a pleasure to deal with.

Had a problem with my boiler and had no heat. First time I have used Olson and they were fantastic. Sent a plumber (Brian) out the very next day. He arrived promptly at 8:00a.m. and took care of the problem and explained everything to me. A large competitor had told me I would have to wait for a week for them to get to me (despite advertising 24 hour service). From now on Olson will be the only one I call or recommend to friends. They were great and Brian was fantastic. Thank you OLSON

Needed a complete new furnace system and Olsen came to the rescue that day for review and repairs. First day was all efforts in repairing what I had, when estimate got into time to consider other options they had a very competitive plan complete with all rebate offers available. In the next day the old furnace was gone and the complete complex gas system was working next day. They were timely, very clean and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend their services without reservation.

On a side note my neighbor is doing same project and his took 3 days. Seems like days of simple heat are gone!
