It's not until something breaks down that one appreciates good quality craftsmanship. Our upstairs toilet had begun leaking because the wax ring connection had come apart. As soon as my wife and I became aware of the problem, we called Olney, based on their positive customer reviews. We weren't disappointed. We were scheduled for the next day and Cliff, Olney's rep got right on it. And this is important--it didn't take him very long to finish replacing the ring and resetting the toilet. He also replaced the fluid master ballcock, which had become an issue. Cliff is an excellent representative of the company, the pricing was very reasonable and because of Cliff, Olney is now our go-to plumber. Thanks Cliff. Thank you Olney.

Came out to do a bit of work under our sink. Showed up quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. Charge was for 1 hour which was around $120. That seemed fair and I appreciated the quick response.

Excellent experience. Scheduling the appointment was painless. I called around 4:30 on Wednesday and service was scheduled for 9-10 the next morning. Cliff arrived right around 9:30, knew the cause of the problem immediately and educated us on how to prevent another issue. He completed the work quickly, was friendly and even zip tied our AC condensation hose to the grate for us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the price was better than the specials being offered elsewhere.

Had a main line backup in my basement. Submitted an online request for quote and received a call less than 10 mins later. I was told Shane could be at my house 3 hours later. Shane showed up 20 mins early and did a fantastic job, very personable and professional. He completed the job quickly and did a nice job explaining everything.

Prices were very reasonable - as of Aug 2018 I was quoted $125 for a main line snaking/auger/root removal and an extra $40 if they had to get on the roof (which I expected as my stack was old and cast iron and in a tight corner). Prices quoted on the phone were the same I was charged when they came out.
