Our kitchen stack backed up right before we put our house on the market (fantastic timing!), so I contacted Olney through Yelp. Louisa responded right away at around 7:30 on a Friday night, and Cliff was at our house the next morning! He cleared the kitchen stack and also took care of a toilet that wouldn't flush...he unearthed a wad of baby wipes that my lovely children had apparently flushed a long time ago (of course). Everything is working perfectly now, and Olney's price are fantastic! I was beyond pleased with our experience, and will absolutely call Olney again!

I called Olney Sewer and Drain about a clogged main line and they fit me in and had someone out within two hours. The serviceperson, Shane, was very helpful and took care of the clog quickly. Had a back up or clogged lateral line. Making a appointment was simple and easy through messaging on Yelp. They were one of the few businesses that actually responded back promptly.

Cliff showed up cleared the lateral line and gave some good advice on how to keep it clear since my pipe is straight and sloping down towards the Main Street sewer line. Their prices are very fair and reasonable compared to other businesses that want to charge by the hour and show up fee, etc.

They did the job, And I would not hesitate to call them again!

FANTASTIC!!! Louisa handled my questions and the appointment set up and was very helpful and nice. Cliff showed up right on time and had the garbage disposal removed and the broken pipe fixed in no time. He was totally professional and very nice, explaining what he was going to do and letting me know what might have to be done if it wasn't quite that simple.

The estimate I was quoted was exactly what I was charged and there was no mess left for me to clean up. I know that seems silly to have to point out, but I have had some ""professionals"" do work only to have to clean up huge messes that they made when that is something they should have done.

I will definitely keep their number handy for future needs as I am planning on doing some remodeling of my kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!!!

They were great. Responded in a timely manner and were able to come over to my house within a few hours. The technician, Shane, was outstanding. Very cordial, efficient and professional. And he got the backup taken care of within an hour. I hope I don't have to use them again in the near future but when another problem arises, they will be my call.

Our rental house had a back up with nasty water in the basement. I called Olney Sewer Sunday and they came out an hour later. Shane did a great job clearing the line and explained everything he did. He also helped hose off the basement floor! I was very happy with the service and the price is very reasonable. I've had a run of bad luck with plumbing companies lately and am relieved that I found someone I can trust that isn't outrageously priced. Saving this number for sure!!

It's not until something breaks down that one appreciates good quality craftsmanship. Our upstairs toilet had begun leaking because the wax ring connection had come apart. As soon as my wife and I became aware of the problem, we called Olney, based on their positive customer reviews. We weren't disappointed. We were scheduled for the next day and Cliff, Olney's rep got right on it. And this is important--it didn't take him very long to finish replacing the ring and resetting the toilet. He also replaced the fluid master ballcock, which had become an issue. Cliff is an excellent representative of the company, the pricing was very reasonable and because of Cliff, Olney is now our go-to plumber. Thanks Cliff. Thank you Olney.

Came out to do a bit of work under our sink. Showed up quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. Charge was for 1 hour which was around $120. That seemed fair and I appreciated the quick response.
