First met Olivio when he responded to my elderly mom's house within 2 hours after a phone call, that he answered right away, & fixed a valve on her sprinkler system. Since then I've had him update & repair my backyard sprinkler system, drip irrigation, & valve replacement with re-wiring. Looks great & works beautifully, plants very happy. Most recently, he & his crew just finished installing 26 path & 26 spot landscape lights on my terraced backyard hill paradise I've worked on for many years. It looks amazing. We had a broken valve on one of our irrigation lines and we were impressed with Jose's Yelp reviews, so we called and were immediately struck by his up-beat and effervescent personality. He even offered to come right over to fix it that afternoon! Jose is a ""can-do"" kind of hard worker with a wealth of experience. He took care of our valve in no time flat, and he also discovered that our problem with recent high water bills from Vallecitos emanated clearly from the water controller where he found multiple unwanted ""start times"" within the same Program A! Called on a Saturday afternoon, as one of my stations wasn't working and Jose was out within the hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly, had all the repair parts at hand and was done in less than 1/2 hours time! Jose was very polite and professional. The charge was very, very reasonable! Olivio has been our go to guy for all things landscape for over 5 years now!!! He has done sprinklers and drip for two of our homes. He has also done French drains, snaked all our outside drains that weren't draining appropriately, found leaks in our system, and helped me with advise on plants and fertilizers. We have had some really difficult jobs and he has taken on the challenge every time and delivered a perfect end product. He is very responsive to phone calls and is usually able to schedule our projects within a couple weeks of estimate. I highly recommend him for any of your jobs. He may be a little more expensive than other guys but I promise you his work is worth every extra penny!!! He does it right the first time.
