Jose saved the day for my husband and I! We had a very old sprinkler valve connection joint that wouldn't budge which in trying to force it caused a breakage in the pvc piping causing an uncontrolled water leak. Jose to the rescue! He was able to fit us into his day and in fact came within a little over an hour. He explained what our options were and had the necessary tools and parts and went to work. Problem solved! I called Olivio as my drain was completely clogged. He responded right back and came out quickly. He assessed the situation and said that he could not give me a quote for the total work as he was co concerned about a big tree and roots clogging the drain. He said his rate was $200 an hour and I gave him the ok. He showed up with the crew the next day and explained exactly what to expect. They hydrojetted the drain ran the camera up to the blockage and showed me the huge root filling most of the drain. We were lucky it wasn't under the concrete. They dug it out cut the pipe section and got the root out. The rest of the line and the other side of the yard were all minor clogging and cleared quickly. His guys were neat and the bill was exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

I called Jose Olivio this week to see why my automated sprinkler system wasn't working. He and his worker arrived and began the process of troubleshooting the issue. The worker found that only one station was working out of four. The worker walked to the outside valve and reconnected the system. The service call took 15 minutes, and Jose charged me $75. Less than 5 minutes after they left, I noticed a leak in the old valve. I immediately texted Jose, and he replied that he would come back the following day. I didn't hear from him the following day, so I was going to start writing a negative Yelp review. I decided to be patient and wait a few days. A few days passed, and Jose contacted me with an apology for not getting back to me sooner. He and his worker arrived today and replaced the complete valve system for $120. Thank you, Jose and your worker. I'm sorry I didn't remember your worker's name.
