Oliver's knocked it out of the park again! This is the 5th time I have used their services, but the first time I have used them at my new house address. I needed 5 tasks done. I never write reviews, however, this group of people are most deserving. I have had trouble with the plumbing in my home ever since I purchased it. I have used various plumbers and it seemed to be a temporary fix until now. I was overwhelmed by the proficiency of the entire office. They were on time, polite, thoroughly completed the job, addressed my current needs and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable including the front office staff. One of the woman walked me through how to temporarily """"fix"""" the problem, over the phone, until they could get someone out to my house that very same day. I would highly recommend that if you have plumbing needs, and want it done right the first time, you use Oliver's plumbing. I promise you will be just as pleased as I was. Awesome customer service! We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom we thought was isolated to just one area; they not only fixed that but found faulty plumbing from a previous company that needed attention & took care of that as well, saving us a huge expense later! So thankful! The plumbers were courteous, professional, & thorough! The owner even checked in to make sure everything was going well with the job! Oliver himself was the worst plumber I've ever worked with and I worked in the trades! He did personal work for me. What he did LEAKED!!! When I called him back he ATTEMPTED to repair it the whole time telling me if he had to come back it would be a fee visit!!!! Fee visit to repair his mistake!!! Because I knew him I called for another job on my home!!! He said between a low number and high number depending on the time of the job. It came in at half the time and charged me the FULL PRICE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! THE WORST AND A RIP OFF!!!

Great owners but I feel totally hipped because the guy couldn't do the job I wanted done but he charged me for an hours worth of work when he was here for 30 minutes. 90.00 bucks just to tell me it couldn't be done. Then to find out from another plumber it could've done with a few minor adjustments, makes me think the guy who came just didn't want to do my job. I think the owners should adjust their policy of charging $90 for a visit to only charging that amount plus that per hour if they can do the job. If they can't do it and are on job site for half an hour they should charge half the $90 bucks. I will be using different plumbers from now on. Sorry

I called them and talked to Tina, she sound to me like she does not like her job, I mean her Customer Service is not good, and she represent the Company. Is not what she told me is the way that she told me. So I will call later when she finished her shift. I'm sure it's not the company, one person can destroy the Company's reputation with a work like that.

My bathroom remodel was scheduled to have vanity sink plumbing installed and shower head moved and body jets put in. Unfortunately the day of my apt Oliver's shut down due to Covid. I called the following Monday to have my service reschooled spoke with a male who informed me they would be out Wednesday to do the work between 845-9am, I waited no one showed so I called and Oliver's informed me that my service was for Thursday and not Wednesday, so 2 days with time taken off of work and still no plumber. Thursday my husband went into work late to stay for the plumber in am and when the plumber showed up at 845 and saw the work to be done he stated """" I am to old for this"""". My husband called the manager and explained our concern over this, my husband proceeded to show the employee the placement of the shower jets and left for work. When the work was finished (1 sink now with a hole in the 1700$ vanity, (was supposed to be 2 sinks), and 4 body jets completely wrong placement- like placed for a 600lbs person (I have pics) my husband stopped payment and we called Oliver's at 430 of course to be told their on service now. We called back Friday am, finally got in touch with the manager at 11:30ish who was telling me they'll have to schedule me etc. and in mean time by bathroom tile etc would be on hold as we wait on the plumber. This was not acceptable so I complained, they managed (the manager and owner) to come out that Friday and saw the jets in the wrong area and the sink. The owner prior to getting to my house was on the phone with the manager (Dave manager, John owner) and made the comment to Dave """"lets just fix it and get these people off our asses"""") Dave knows I heard it because we discussed it after. They did move the jets to the appropriate location, my sink plumbing was still where the original employee placed it (I was told it could only go there- not the case because I had a different company plumb the other side without issues- I have pics). I have not reissued a check as I feel there should be some form of decency on Oliver's part to make us somewhat happy with the frustration, poor work, rudeness, and lack of care on their part to do a good job and satisfy the customer. They billed us for 7.5 hrs. and their employee was present at 8:45 speaking with my husband about the job (I guess they charge for that, did you know they charge for drive time? Ask them, that's what I was told) and he was done at 3:09 took him 40mins to write up the bill, I have text messages. That's roughly 6hrs of work not 7.5. Sad that this is the kind of business they are running. By the way their employees also start their day after getting to the office by having their am coffee before heading out to the job, just putting this on here as it doesn't seem appropriate for a manager to tell a customer they will be at your house after their morning coffee.
