Thank you Olivero plumbing. We were in desperate need of having our hot water heater heater repaired on a Friday afternoon. You came out the same day with the required equipment and repaired it. The repair man was courteous and professional. The price was very reasonable.

I had a water heater go out two weeks ago and called Olivero early in the morning. Julie had a plumber to my house within two hours and he said I needed a replacement. Again, Julie called in another couple of hours, gave me a quote for the job and said it could be completed that afternoon. The plumber, Vincent, arrived shortly and had the new heater in and operating that afternoon. He seemed very knowledgeable, and worked quickly, and the price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Olivero for for any plumbing work.

I do not usually review services that I had used unless they send me a request to do so but this is an exceptional case and I thought my review might help Olivero and especially people who might be considering their services in the future. I have started using them about five months ago because they are located not too far from where I live and during that period I have used them on three different jobs, twice at my house and once at a rental house that I own. My experience in all three jobs has been the same. I witnessed the work in my house and my tenants witnessed the work in my rental. My criteria are good work, curtesy, and honesty. In all three cases the workers were efficient and professional and the work was reasonable. The honesty part is however lacking and my guess is that management is the culprit and not the workers. I and my tenants have witnessed the time spent on the jobs and the charges were disproportionate to the time spent. I know that there is a minimum charge of an hour for any job but in two of the three jobs the time spent was merely 25 minutes (which I witnessed) and half of an hour (which my tenant witnessed) respectively. Instead of the $120/hour, I was charged $150 and $180 respectively. The third job, I had witnessed myself and the charges were even more outrages. It appears that charges are pulled out of a hat and not based on time spent or on minimums. I called and a lady by the name of Julie gave me abruptly a baseless reason which implies that the workers are not that efficient which also implies that I am the one who is not telling the truth. I have a PhD in engineering and believe me I can read very well the time and I was constantly there when the work was done. Obviously the dishonest charges are not going to break my budget so I paid promptly all the bills but I find it totally disgusting to deal with greedy and dishonest people and I am confident that eventually this will affect their business.

July returned my call right-away with an early morning appointment the next day. Jerry was on time (in fact early but was not able to find the house :) ) and sorted out the drain issue the first time. I had another request for which he came back the next day.

He is courteous and friendly and very detail oriented. He left the area cleaner than he found it too. I shall recommend Jerry to my friends and anybody with the need for a local plumber.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. When the plumber sent from my homeowners insurance indicated that the plumbing was improperly designed (and did not want to crawl under the house) and the insurance denied the claim, we called David referred from a friend. He not only fixed it but spent 20 minutes speaking to my insurance company so that they would reimburse us. His price was also $500+ (yes $500!!!!) less than the person sent from the homeowners insurance company! Thank y you David for the amazing service.

Beware of Olivero plumbing. Though some of their employees are skilled, others are not--and when their work is not satisfactory, Julie in the front office explains clearly and decisively (no customer service skills here!!) that if they ""walk through the front door"" to check and then decide it's not ""their fault,"" you will be charged for a call!! Of course you are then completely at the mercy of their decision!
Plumbers are expensive--you can do better.

ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY!!! Thank you so much Julie, Bill, and David! Quick, highly knowledgeable, and direct. I will be recommending this plumbing firm to everyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have a Hot water heater issue, call them first before you buy a new unit for brand recommendation. (Rheem) is finicky and 99% of the time ALL plumbing companies will tell you to buy a different unit before they even come out to look at the problem.

To start, I have no plumbing knowledge. Even if you think you can fudge your way through it with a very handy boyfriend (Jon) who has some plumbing knowledge and is very intuitively smart.... It is best to call an expert like these folks that helped us out today.

My brand new hot water heater (Rheem) I bought at Home Depot and hauled up 2 flights of stairs (Jon hauled while sick) was either leaking or my connection was leaking, I had no flow pressure for my hot water and there was water filling slowly into my drip pan. I was afraid the heater would need to be completely scrapped and we would be out $700. I was out of sorts to put it frankly, and my HOA recommended I call a plumber.

I called Olivero Plumbing Co,, Inc.( referred by Tom @ Val Betti Plumbing) Julie, customer service, picked up my call and I was so grateful. She is calm and centered with lightening fast response. She took down all my contact information, managed my expectations, and made me relax in a really stressful situation. Bill responded within the hour to survey the damage and David, (plumbers) came out as quickly as he could with additional parts and his assistance. They were patient, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I felt very comfortable the whole time as they swiftly went to work to fix my unit. They answered all my questions and made the whole process a lot less painful and stressful. Not only that, but they were incredibly good about cleanup and overall concern in customer satisfaction.

Again, I HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing issues.

I had a tenant call very early today to tell me the toilet was backing up - I called Olivero it's fixed now. It's not the 1st time I had an emergency. Our water main to our home broke the eve of a holiday weekend - UGH! Olivero made it so we had water or else we would have to maybe go to a hotel! I always let Julie ""triage"" the situation, if it's not an emergency she will schedule it when they can fit it in. I use Olivero for my rentals, business and home. Julie may seem gruff but that's just her tone and maybe the fact she runs a male crew - gruff sounding or not, every Olivero in there would give you the shirt off their back.
