David, with Olin Plumping came out and checked out our system and gave us a crash course of how to maintain it. He was great and informative! Came out to give a quote to replace main drain line of about 8 feet. Got here and said they had to have $385 to put a camera in the pipe to take a look- seriously. When the appointment was scheduled no one said that there would be a charge to come out and see needed to be done in order to provide a quote. My suggestion with this outfit is to get everything confirmed in an email prior to them arriving. Just be aware....

Another great service call from the folks at Olin Plumbing. From my initial call to Maureen who although she had a full schedule was kind enough to fit us in for a same day service since we had no hot water. The Plumber Ramsey arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with a few options and ultimately replaced the water heater the next morning. Ramsey did a great job on the install and was meticulous in his work, thanks so much. Definitely recommend Olin Plumbing!!!

I have used Olin Plumbing services in the past (2015, 2017, & 2022). Their service was and still is great. Their prices were great. Today, Israel replaced a PVC toilet flange. He did a great job, informed me of what he was doing and cleaned up after the job was completed. I give Israel 5 stars. The toilet was already pulled and I reinstalled it after Israel left. So the work was simply to cut out the cracked toilet flange and glue in a new flange. Material cost is $35, at the most, from big box stores. The job took about 30 minutes. The charge was $410. That works out to about $750 per hour! I know plumbers are expensive, but this charge is unreasonable. I trusted Olin Plumbing and did not get other bids. My mistake and one that I won't make the next time I need a plumber. I will still call Olin, but I will get other quotes before selecting a plumber. Service = 5 stars Price = 1 star Average = 3 stars

We had a very serious, plumbing problem around 8 PM and called Olin and they were able to fit us in the next day. Alex and Henry were prompt and professional, and explained our options. They fixed the problem and overall it made a really scary plumbing issue feel less overwhelming. We will definitely call them again when needed.
