Billie B.When my do-it-myself plumbing job went horribly wrong, I called Olde Town and they were able to arrive within minutes to save my day! They fixed what I could not. I greatly appreciate the excellent and prompt service. My go-to plumber forever and ever.
It's not often that we need to call a plumber, but the two times we have. We have called Olde Towne Plumbing.
In our last call to Olde Towne, Andrew was the gentleman that came out.
He did a great job fixing a leaking toilet tank that had rusted bolts that needed to be cut out. This was something I would not have been able to do myself.
Thanks Olde Towne!
Darrell B.Had an irrigation meter installed. Keep in mind, the city comes out and puts the meter in, Old Towne put in a T from the main line to the irrigation system and the connectors for the irrigation meter in that run. Irrigation system already there about 2 feet away, just need a connection for the new meter. The charge was $750! 4 hours to install. The plumber had to take a trip to get supplies despite having a picture of the install sent to them 3 days prior to installation. Burned a hole in the vapor barrier in the basement wall insulation. And to top it off, it leaked in under 8 hrs.

Save yourself that sinking feeling that you have been had, and find someone else.
I had a toilet shutoff valve start leaking over the weekend. I called a couple of different places based on reviews here, and Olde Towne was the first to answer in person. By the time anyone else had even called me back, they already had someone on their way over.
Kim was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Within three minutes he had found the indoor whole house shutoff valve that previous plumbers had told me didn't exist (everyone else has had to shut it off from the street). The whole thing was done in under an hour, including finding and fixing a secondary issue that wasn't visible until after the valve had been fixed. I will gladly call them again.
I called two competitors that have been very good in the past but neither was very responsive. I waited over an hour for a callback from one (one week wait for service) and the other left me on hold forever. I then called Olde Towne and got Jeannie on the phone immediately and was astounded when she offered me a service appointment less than 24 hours later.
My appointment was for 10:00-12:00 AM the next morning and the technician was there promptly at 10:00, another surprise. He did a very good job and was pleasant and responsive to my concerns. Overall it was a great experience.
My wife called this so called company and she learned what I learned a few years ago...they are unprofessional, unprepared and lazy. AND my son saw them smoking from a suspicious device in their truck on our property right before they abandoned the job...Glad of it too as their replacement did the same job for 300 less and installed a Bradford no problem
Gary did a terrific job. Efficient, competent. I'm perfectly satisfied with all aspects of his repairs.

Mark S.I needed a plumber to solve a couple of problems,. (toilet flange due to new flooring and an air hammer problem) and Olde Towne Plumbing was highly recommended. BUT,... they are apparently too busy for new customers as 3 phone messages across 2.5 weeks went unreturned. I did not expect this from a business so highly recommended.
Kate M.They were highly recommended to me by several people, as was another local plumber. I tried the other one first, who's secretary took my info who was then supposed to call the actual plumber who'd then call me. I never got a call back.
Olde Towne scheduled an appointment with me right over the phone, they called ahead, showed up on time, and finished fast. I asked, since they were there, if they could look at some other plumbing issues I had that weren't originally part of the call, and they did. They also found another issue with the original problem toilet and took care of that as well. Definitely not a scam since I knew the toilet had some other problems.
So the one toilet doesn't sound like a banshee, and the other isn't leading through the floor. I'd say that's a win.
Probably a little pricey, but considering I had a plumber charge me $90 once to put some caulk on a drain, I'm very satisfied with the price!
Theresa T.These guys are the best in the biz, hands down! I will continue to recommend and use them, as they are reasonable in price and absolutely reliable.
