I would recommend KARL and his EXCELLENT staff to anyone and everyone. While they may not be the cheapest they most certainly will not in way shape or form try and overcharge their customer. Not only are they excellent people and super friendly but they all have a great sense of humor and also really know how to diagnose your problem quickly find the problem figure it out come up with solutions and recommendations that will make a customer feel completely satisfied that they have made the right decision to contact Old Towne Plumbing to fix their plumbing, heating and a.c issues. While I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future I have failed to leave my review in a timely manner so I am doing so now to make sure that people have an idea when they hire Old Towne Plumbing what kind of experience they will have. In the past they have fixed a heating system in the dead of winter (so thankful they were able to fix) as well as other smaller plumbing issues KARL is the best owner any employees could ever hope to have hire them. Can't say enough glowing things about Old Towne Plumbing! We had a major plumbing crisis late Saturday morning so I started Googling plumbers in the area. The first two I called couldn't make it until much later in the day. Then I called OTP and ""Karl"" couldn't have been nicer or more empathetic with our situation. He scrambled to send one of his plumbers, Cary, to our house within an hour! Cary was the hardest-working, most committed problem-solver! He was incredible! We can now say ""we have a plumber"" because we'll be repeat customers as long as we're in their service area!

I've done a lot of business with Old Towne plumbing. This business prides themselves on customer service, honesty, and getting the job done right. They will always try their hardest to make it out in a reasonable time, but they do get booked! In very high demand, with many emergency calls, especially in the summer with A/C calls.
We have had them do work on our home in Yorba Linda ranging from re-routing some venting in our newly built laundry room, relief valve repair on our water heater, fixing our outdoor faucet that had old piping and corrosion, installing our new toilets and faucets, all the way to replacing our heating ducts in the attic. Our old ones were tiny compared to today's standards and had many crimps in them. They took pictures to show us and got the job done in a very reasonable time. We noticed more efficient and warmer heat ventilation right away! No more cold spots!
Bottom line is we trust OTP with everything from the small stuff to the big stuff! They will get the job done and have comparable rates to others. What I've learned is the structure of the company works and they collaborate on the plan. If you have a request, let them know and they'll do their best to make it happen if it's safe and plausible to do so.

We found our go to guys! We had water damage to our home and no one was able to locate the cause. We had 3 separate leak detections completed and had a geological engineer involved. I did my own search and found Old Towne Plumbing who had the technology that was recommended as well as a company that seemed to know our area and the homes well.

Within 10 minutes of being here, Carl and Anthony were able to isolate the leak to our irrigation system. I was in shock that they were able to tell me so quickly after 3 other companies could not figure it out. Carl came out on a separate day to meet with our groundskeeper to help figure out where the irrigations lines were before starting to dig and search. My husband and I were skeptical but they came out a couple days later and were able to isolate the leak. They must have had at least 10 different people here to help figure it out, bringing all their knowledge and skills together to figure it out.

Every single person from Old Towne Plumbing have been professional and kind (I've met at least 6, worked more closely with 4). Carl in particular has a ton of knowledge and experience. He has gone out of his way to help us with this issue and has been the liaison between us and our insurance company. Our insurance company is not looking out for our best interest and acted as a bully. Carl is very knowledgable of our rights and what we're entitled to as the insured, and took the time to educate us and defend us. He has taken so much time to help us with our claim.

I cannot say enough about Old Towne Plumbing. They have done so much for us and our home. We are confident in the work that they have done and the materials they used. They are an old fashioned company, using quality materials, with traditional values of integrity and looking out for their customers.

I have used Old Town Plumbing twice now. I was in a pretty steep jam with a renovation I was doing to my property. Long story short my house was left in such a mess with the previous person I had hired that I could have bulldozed the house and it would have looked better. Anyway, Carl had done some plumbing and electrical work on this house several weeks earlier. He sent one of his guys to fix a minor issue I had. When his guy noticed that there was hardly any progress since he was there those many weeks earlier he called Carl. Carl came back and offered to help me with this house. With his fantastic crew they immediately went to work and took care of so many major projects, I was left speechless. With just a few days on the job the house had new life. Carl was amazing in making sure that projects got done. Communication was never an issue. If you are stuck with a renovation and need help, call OLD TOWN PLUMBING. Carl will work with you and your budget. Give them a chance, give them a call. I did and I wasn't disappointed.Thank you Carl, Pablo, Carlos, and Eduardo. You guys are fantastic!!!!!

If you live in Old Towne, you or somebody you know knows these guys - you've seen their trucks around town and their signs posted in front of tons of beautiful restoration projects (both commercial and residential). They are a staple in our community, have a super friendly staff, and genuinely care about their clients and work. They seem to always be balancing really big projects and small everyday handy man runs all over the city and beyond. The fact that they are in high demand says a lot but it also means that they can get swamped from time to time and require a little patience. Carl, Karl, & crew are great guys, are SUPER knowledgeable, super experienced, and have always delivered for my family. Glad we have them around.
