My laundry shut off valve started leaking. Nextdoor.com had several recommendations for Old Towne Plumbing. It was already after 3 pm on a Friday but they said they would get someone out as soon as possible. Carey called me back. He was in the middle of a job in Orange but said he would come out once he was finished. Even though he didn't complete his other job until after 6 o'clock, he still came out to my Irvine address. The job was more involved than either of us thought because the original valve was out-of-spec and could not be simply replaced with similar valve. Carey drove to a local Lowe's to find a better replacement valve. Because it was getting late, he patched things up so that there wouldn't be any leaks that night and said he would return the next morning. To my surprise, Carey and Aaron came out Saturday morning and worked to get everything right. They assured me that they would ""take it easy"" on the billing since the job couldn't be fixed the first day ( night ). True to their word, their final bill was extremely reasonable. The job was done right and done with friendliness and fairness. You always hear stories about people who overcharge or who do poor work. Not the case with Old Towne Plumbing. They will be my go-to company for any future work. You can call them with confidence! Thank you Carey and Aaron!!!

Toilets at the office went down 10 employees that where holding it .... ONE CALL, to Carl at OTP and he had his guy Kelly there within the hour fixed the blockage made sure both bathrooms where working and off to the next rescue he went! YOU need a Plumber Call OTP!

I've been with old Towne for about 7 weeks plus years and they are the best team. They are accurate and ensuring that all jobs are done timely. I had so many issues with my AC unit that in the end the owner got involved which I ended up with a brand new upgraded unit and resetting my warranty. Ralph who is one of the service guy is very nice and has full knowledge of the AC units and always deliveries quality work. I highly recommend Old Towne for their honesty and full service.

Old Towne Plumbing is the BEST! they helped us out of a problem situation with old plumbing and wiring. Very reasonable and went the extra mile to make sure it was complete and done correctly! Also fixed problems from another plumber we had used previously. Wish we would have gone to them first! we would have saved time and money! It's so hard to find a plumbing company you can trust. We had signs of a water issue about our kitchen ceiling. A bubble in the paint was starting to form. We called others but they were too busy. We called Old Towne and Carl was able to send someone out the next day. Ralph showed up promptly the next morning and found the issue real quick. He cut out the bad, copper joint that was corroded and put a new section in place. The next morning I had a knock on the door. OTP had their drywall guy repair my ceiling. The kitchen ceiling is patched and textured to match. The wife just needs me to paint the kitchen ceiling.

Karl and crew are my first phone call in a plumbing disaster - and my 1925 bungalow has had a few. Most recently, they ended up needing to replace a cast iron waste line (which turned into quite a few more corroded drainage pipes under the house as well) and were quick, efficient and most importantly, thorough and trustworthy. While they were connecting the new line, they noticed many of the other pipes were in disrepair, took photos, and provided recommendations on how best to proceed so I don't have to do all this over again in a few years.

I had JUST done my annual landscaping and mulch refresh the week prior, and they paid extra attention to detail to ensure my yard was put together just the way they found it.

Can't say enough about the Old Towne Plumbing guys - they are the very best!

I would recommend KARL and his EXCELLENT staff to anyone and everyone. While they may not be the cheapest they most certainly will not in way shape or form try and overcharge their customer. Not only are they excellent people and super friendly but they all have a great sense of humor and also really know how to diagnose your problem quickly find the problem figure it out come up with solutions and recommendations that will make a customer feel completely satisfied that they have made the right decision to contact Old Towne Plumbing to fix their plumbing, heating and a.c issues. While I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future I have failed to leave my review in a timely manner so I am doing so now to make sure that people have an idea when they hire Old Towne Plumbing what kind of experience they will have. In the past they have fixed a heating system in the dead of winter (so thankful they were able to fix) as well as other smaller plumbing issues KARL is the best owner any employees could ever hope to have hire them.
