I extended the size of a basement half -bath so as to add a bathtub. I plan to use a plumber to cut-in a new drain for the tub and ""set"" the tub. A 10 AM appointment was made with Old School Plumbing so they could inspect the space and bid the work. I was sitting in the driveway at 9:57AM. At 10:10 I called, the call was answered and disconnected. Called again at 10:18 and this time was told he had been at the property, tried to call and text me, then left for another job. There were no calls or texts from him to my phone. I can understand someone overlooking an appointment or even arriving early and unwilling to wait until the appointed time, but lying about it is unacceptable. That's a serious character flaw and no one I could trust to do work for me.

Satisfied customer from 2 separate visits over 6 months. Essentially had a handshake deal to replace all our galvanized piping to pex in my home. These guys came for a faucet repair months before (great job, fair price, good suggestion in faucet equipment) and when I asked for a piping replacement bid while they were here they obliged and wrote a 1 liner on bottom of my faucet receipt. 4-6 months later I called and indicated I'd like to do it. (It was a good price). They honored it straight up, came on the dates they said they would from that initial call, were detailed and thorough in the work and were *spot on* with everything we spoke about, and most of which which was not in the written bid. They even went to the extra detail of doing what they would have done if were their home, without extra charge. They promptly completed the work, were clean, courteous, communicative and prompt.

I had Old School Plumbing out to my house today to replace what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. Low and behold, it was simply clogged and Zach showed me how to unclog it and even left me with a tool to do so. He in no way acted put out, tried to get me to replace the disposal, or ask me to pay any sort of trip fee for coming out to my home. I am so glad to have found Old School Plumbing and will call them in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

Old School Plumbing did excellent work updating our tub/shower plumbing as part of a remodel. They were able to reschedule to work around our needs, showed up right on time and, to top it off, they cut the parts cost in half. A plumbing store (separate) had said that both a tub & shower set were needed; Old School Plumbing corrected that error and used the right tub/shower set which cost half as much. Thanks!
