I called OSP to get an estimate for a leaky pipe under my sink. They (Joe) came out the next day. Joe came in and literally looked under the sink for 4 seconds and started rattling off all of the things he needed to replace. Garbage disposal, trap kit, u-joint etc. I started to question him on how much it would cost and was he sure that I needed to replace everything because I had just had the pipe 'fixed' last year. He got very angry that I was questioning him and he said that he doesn't negotiate. He was already over $300.00 and I told him I was concerned. Joe turned around and walked out and said to call another comp. and he didn't have to put up with this. I stood there stunned as I watched him leave. I tried calling and e-mailing the comp several times to talk to one of the owners and 3 days later I have had no response. I ended up calling Veterans Plumbing and they were at my house in 1 hour and said all I needed to do was replace part of the pipe. It took him 20 mns. and only charged me $120.00. I'm so glad Joe walked out on me. I almost got ripped off. Don't us Old School Plumbing. They have these great reviews posted on-line but nowhere can you post a review.

zero stars-- they came to my daughter's house to fix a valve for a washer--charged over $200 -and asked for a tip !!!-and the problem was never fixed--calls to the company at 954-735-7278 all were fruitless--when i asked for a refund--i was laughed at-----avoid this company--ever-- they are the worst--customer service has not called my daughter back in 6 days--though she has called several times-and actually spoke to the manager-and the plumber !!! --that could not fix the problem-- i tried to call them today--with no luck -- avoid this company--all locations--

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! They will scam you for your money!!!! I overpaid for a shady job done! Once problems arose only a couple days after the day of service, the company and serviceman are REFUSING to cooperate with me and even come back to double check their work, DESPITE A 30 DAY WARRANTY! They have literally taken my money and run! I have never felt so ripped off, disgusted, and SCAMMED by a business in my entire life! Do NOT SUPPORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY COMPANY!!!
