Connie and her team are a group I trust. They are responsive and kind and stick to the important basics of providing a service for a customer. They pick up the phone and get out to help and problem solve as soon as they can. I've had issues with a sump pump battery backup due to the unknown (manufacturer issues, electrical issues) and EACH time I had an issue or questions, they would get someone out as soon as possible to help me solve it. I appreciate how they operate.

I have tried every big name company in the county, during the past 30 years in my aging U.A. home ....for a laundry list of plumbing issues. I could go on and on about the disappointments and expenses I have encountered. FINALLY, after consistent and numerous recommendations from relatives and neighbors, I found the BEST, MOST RELIABLE, HONEST, AND FAIRLY PRICED COMPANY, that I recommend to everyone I know and would NEVER think of using anyone other than OLD HILLIARD PLUMBING!
A recent, traumatic predicament captures the essence of their company. On the day the state mandated the STAY AT HOME ORDER (except for essential services) I discovered water dripping from a newly installed basement ceiling, seeming to be coming from a brand new bathroom just completed above the water leak. Not only did I doubt that I could get someone out here that very day, but became quite panicked about the damage happening to brand new construction. The owner of Old Hilliard made sure one of her very best and experienced employees arrived here before nightfall. The problem turned out to NOT be a simple or easy issue. Nevertheless, no matter how short-handed or the level at which their schedule was packed.....they returned for THREE days to solve and remedy some major mistakes made by the construction crew! I simply cannot say enough about the gratitude I have for this company, their owner, superior employees, and dedication to quality service.

I had Old Hilliard replace a bathroom faucet and it was reasonably priced for a 30 minute job. They took about 24 hours respond to my voicemail, but overall I'm very happy with my experience.

These guys (Justin) came out on a day's notice to fix my leaky disposal. Fast, efficient and friendly. I'd definitely use them again.

My husband and I have used them multiple times with good results. Last Sunday our disposal went out. I called them Monday and was told they probably couldn't come that day. I told them that was fine since I was off on Wednesday. The owner gave me the range of cost for installing with the disposal. I told m what we wanted and he said they'd be there between 8-8:30. The serviceman arrived around 8:35 brought a roll of paper towels in case he dropped water and made a mess, was courteous and did the job. I would highly recommend.

I am not sure if they do good work, or if they don't....because they refuse to return phone calls..
After an initial dialog w the owner, he was 'supposed' to call me back after locating a spare part. our job request also entailed some additional plumbing work, and I am guesstimating this to be a 3 or 4 hour effort.

an additional phone call to follow up at 8:45 a.m. , made by me (promises that they would get back shortly).
I called again at noon, and was told that my call would be returned soon.
I called again at 3:30 , and had to leave a message.

The ownership team at Old Hilliard Plumbing must not need net new business .

I have used these guys several times. Once to remove two hot water tanks and replace with their recommendation on one, and couldn't be happier! They are always on time and friendly, even over the phone. I had a leak a month ago and they fit me in since they were already in my neighborhood and took care of it. Reasonably priced, fast and courteous, and great work. What else could you ask for?!! I'd use them again, and recommend.

I recently used Old Hilliard Plumbing for our leaky shower. I really liked them compared to the other companies we got estimates from. They completed the job under the estimate they quoted and were the lowest estimate of the three companies. When I let them know there was a problem after they left, they came out and fixed it free of charge. I will definitely use them again should I ever need a plumber.
