Ran out of water on Wednesday called in the am they were at our house by 9am Assess the situation and determined needing a new well pump, Ordered pump and back to our house Thursday morning. Had water Thursday night. Could not have asked for better service.

doesn't return messages to fix problem he created. Promised a over a month ago he would have his wife call to make an appt. I paid a lot of money for a new pump installation. now i have water backing up through the feed pipes into my basement whenever there's a heavy rain.

Called them to set up an estimate. Joe came right away and seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Said he would have his wife call to set up the service appointment. Numerous emails and calls but no answer until the day before the service is performed. Now he's a real estate agent on the side. Jack of all trades master of none. Go elsewhere

I messaged them in the morning through their web site. Around 9 am I called to request someone to come over and check out my well tank and water. It was blowing out black and metal flakes. I described to Joe what was going on and he listened and carefully explained what I need to do to fix it on my own. I did what he said and everything so far is clear and clean. I would def use them if I needed. You don't find service like that around here anymore.

I needed help with a loss of well water on a Saturday afternoon and called Old Faithful Pump.
I got an immediate phone diagnosis and a scheduled visit the next day (Sunday) to check / confirm the well issue.
This problem was confirmed as a check-valve failure at the pump which was in service for over 25 years already.
Joe professionally recommended that the pump be replaced while fixing the check valve and also provided quotes with or without pump replacement.
I agreed to pump replacement as well as other required repairs and office rearranged schedule to get me sorted out the next day!

The work was completed by early Monday afternoon and well was (and is) running perfectly!

Joe at Old Faithful gets our full 5 stars. I have had him out to our place twice, once to test our well pump system prior to our buying our new home and a second time to give me a rundown on the fancy UV filtration system we had inherited with the house. Both times he was generous with his knowledge and time, he made sure I understood how the systems worked and what i should look out for and expect. Excellent experience during a bad situation.
We discovered our well head was leaking on a Sunday afternoon. Joe, the owner, came out the same day to assess the problem and told us how to avoid burning out the water pump. Joe and his crew came out the next day. Repaired the problem, with no surprises. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he needed to do. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. On New Years Day my husband and I woke up to no water, we thought it was frozen pipes and called our plumber. He said our pipes were fine but we would need to contact a well company because he knew it was our pump. Neither one of us have ever had to deal with well issues before, we didn't know where to begin. Old Faithful was recommended to us and we called. When they said they would call us back and let us know when they would be there the last thing I expected was a call back in under 3 minutes and then Joe was in our driveway 45 minutes later! Outstanding! On a holiday and in frigid temperatures he was friendly, honest and professional. Due to the fact that it was a holiday and our problem was significant he wasn't able to get the parts needed that day, but he assured us he would be back in the morning and talked us through what to do for the night. The next morning he was there and again was up front and honest about cost and the work involved he helped me weigh our options. A few short hours later all was fixed and he took the time to show me everything he did and what to watch out for in the future. Even better the final cost was what he said it would be! There was no last minute upcharges or extra fees, what he quoted was what it cost. It was actually a couple hundred lower than his 'higher quote'. I definitely recommend this company, Joe and his staff are very professional and very neighborly.
