If there were only a way to give negative stars. Where to start. Well, it's a long ride here but you need to read the whole thing so buckle up and get ready.
Oklahoma Slab Leak Pro was contacted to go to an 86 year old woman's house after the major freeze. She had a pipe that busted like so many others. The city shut the water off and we found her this place based off very positive reviews.
They came out and told her they were extremely busy but they were going to work her in because she was the same age as his parents. He promised she was in good hands.
He gave her an estimate of $900 to fix the issues. Unfortunately, she didn't ask for that in writing. So two guys show up on the appointed day three hours late. Not a huge deal but a courtesy call would be the polite and professional thing to do.
The leak was exactly where it was thought to be, under the slab in the master bath. When they cut out the concrete they found a second leak right next to the first. Then it was time to go get parts. They show back up almost 4 hours later after she called the owner to find out where they were and if they were coming back that day. His answer: ""I don't know where they are. I can't keep track of them.""
Now, seeing as they already cut the concrete out for the first leak the second on should cost just slightly more to repair. But they, for some ungodly reason, went outside and dug up the yard next to the clean out. Huge hole. This yard has had major pride and care taken of it since day one. It looks like a golf course.
They finally fix the pipes and turn the water back on. They patch the hole in the floor and half-ass throw the dirt back in the hole outside. They leave. And they leave a hell of a mess. They didn't cover anything in the bathroom when they cut through the concrete. They left the carpet in front of the vanity rolled up in the walkway.
She called the owner again to ask when they were coming back to fix these items. He assured her he would get someone to re-stretch the carpet and clean the concrete dust. Mind you this is an 86 year old woman with major breathing ailments. And he would get a landscaper out to fix the hole in the yard.
Three days pass. No one. She calls again. The owner is very pissy with her. ""We don't do carpet. That's not our job. You'll have to hire someone to do it."" Hmmm...okie dokie then. So what about the hole? ""We are not landscapers! When can I expect to get paid?""
She told him to bring the bill by and she would pay him since he had not presented her with a bill at this point. She knew because of the other pipe break that it was going to be slightly higher.
This is where another issue arose. You see, he showed up to look at everything the same day as the insurance adjuster and knew what insurance was paying her and the adjuster told him that if there was more damage than first thought then just submit the additional. What he didn't take into consideration is most of that check she got was for personal items lost in the flood. He sees an elderly woman with really good homeowners insurance and thinks there's an open checkbook.
He presents her with a bill for nearly $5,800. She told him he would have to wait until her insurance check arrived which should be any day.
The check arrives and she calls him to let him know it was there. ""I'm not even in town right now so I can't deal with it."" It's early morning at this point, she is 86 and very modest. She is in her robe having coffee when someone starts banging on her door. Guess who? Yep. The same one who just said 10 minutes earlier he was out of town.
Bottom line here: this guy is a jerk and completely took advantage of an elderly woman to make a ton of money. He is rude. He is unprofessional. His employees are rude and unprofessional. He is unpleasant (once he gets that signature). He is a con man. He is a hustler. He should not be allowed to do business as a plumber. A complaint is being filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General and the Oklahoma licensing board. Please, beware of this company and it's owner. And thank you for sticking with my rants to the end.

Fernando and his team arrived the same day that I called regarding a very urgent slab leak. I have rarely seen a service business team work that urgently, provide above expected communication, and resolve my issue with such integrity and capability! They found more problems than first expected and gave a very fair price for the extra work needed. If you have ANY plumbing need, you cannot go wrong calling Oklahoma Slab Leak Pro.

I have used these guys on 2 slab leaks. They did great work both times at reasonable prices.

We had a cold water leak in slab. We spoke three companies that had the best reviews and got estimates. Manny came out and gave us an estimate and we hired him on the spot. We could tell he had a lot of experience. We decided to have him redo the hot and the cold. He and his team came out and replaced the lines. They really knew what they were doing. They left everything nice and clean.
I would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

I received a quick response via the app from Manuel. I scheduled an appointment the next day. He came out same day and determined I had a slab leak under my kitchen sink. He was very professional and understanding of my situation with being laid off during the covid pandemic. He provided me with price options for repair. He was going to reroute the line but was unable to do so but found the leak itself. I am very gratefully that he kept the price the same as what we had agreed upon for the reroute. As you can imagine it was a very stressful unforeseen expense but he was very sympathetic and assured me that his number one priority is customer satisfaction. He spent 9 hrs getting the job complete. It wasn't easy. He guaranteed his work for that area and provided me with the written guarantee that I requested. I watch too many judge shows not to request it. Lol
All in all I am happy with the outcome.
Thank you, Manuel for your services. Greatly appreciated.

We had a plumber stand us up, then we had a quoTe that was outrageous.
These guys came in when they said they were going to, very friendly, and got the job done effectively.
I recommend for every need!!!!

Great service- even on a weekend. Called Saturday afternoon and had our leak found and fixed in just a few hours. Great price and Manuel was very friendly and helpful; he even pulled up the carpet for me so it would dry. Will definitely use the service again if needed!

I had gradually decreasing water pressure at my kitchen sink, and was concerned about a slow leak in the slab. As promised, Manny texted me about 20 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was coming. He checked not only the kitchen lines, but all other water lines, as well as at the meter. Thank goodness, no leaks. Culprit was a second filtering screen in my pull out faucet. On-time, thorough, capable and reasonable! I'm keeping his contact for future plumbing work.

I love these guys! Manny is the best! I've been trying to get a plumber out to install s water softener for a month. Three guys bid the job but couldn't do the work for weeks. Finally, I gave Oklahoma Slab a call and Manny came out at the end of the day on Friday ready to do the job for me bc I sounded desperate! Unfortunately, it was a little more in depth then he thought so he asked if he could come back on Monday. BTW his price was just like the other 3. He came back on Monday just like he said and spent the whole day hooking it up. He even went to buy salt for my system and didn't charge me. He kept checking and double checking his work and was very sweet and considerate! Great experience!

Manny was fantastic! He was the first person to answer my quote request on Yelp and had the best rates. He showed up on time and got the job done. Great experience. Thank you Manny! Keep up the great work. :)
