Worst plumbing job ever. Makes excuses why he can't fix the job correctly, poor attitude. Left the property a mess. Overcharge and did not do a good or even average job and says he is done. If you want to get ripped off and the job half ass done. About the other review Mike left on here. Lowest IQ person in Oklahoma, so true. Must try to find out. He seems nice, but it's just his deception,,, he don't care about his work... will act like he's doing a lot of work for you, but not actually do anything that is mainly necessary, just so he can run up the hours he is going to charge you for, he wants to finish when he wants to, only to bill you a high invoice. Please go with them if you would like the same experience, you can thank me later, I never leave reviews but this company and James needs some actual reviews, not paid Facebook or family members leaving 5 stars... just facts

I recently moved to Sulphur to help oversee 3 vacation/rental properties near the Lake - and have needed the assistance of a Plumber on 3 separate occasions to this point. The first job involved a bathroom pipe under the house leaking - with no easy access point - the water in the entire house was shut off due to the damage that had already occurred to the flooring and fixtures. I met with Chris - couldn't be happier with the results. I was there during the fix - it involved him needing to go under the house (bad weather - very large house - lots of space to cover in a crawling position) no less than 7 times to find the leak - replace the parts - test the replacement - replace another valve that had broken during the fix - and to test again - it was quality work from start to finish - complete professionalism - and the price compared to the work that was actually performed was incredible. I will write a separate review for the other properties involved so the point of the quality work involved is not lost. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I will not be using any other plumbing service except for Okie during my stay in Oklahoma.

The second dealing with Okie came when one of the properties had septic backup into the tub and toilet. To give a little history around the problem - the problem developed the previous month with a slow flush - and the tub backing up with clear water on occasion - the problem would always rectify itself - and it was suggested to me to have the septic tank pumped (hadn't been pumped in a number of years) - Due to an early season unexpected booking - I had scheduled the septic company on the same morning as the property was scheduled to be rented out for the weekend - and I figured that once it was pumped the problem would be solved - the tank was pumped - same problem - the septic operator phoned his office - I was told that something could be done to snake the line etc etc - the estimate for that would be running into hundreds - not including the tank that had been pumped - I contacted Okie - spoke with James at that point -and explained the urgent nature - this was at 12.pm - the vacationers were due at 3 pm. he arrived with Chris an hour later - used a high pressure hose device to blow out the clog directly from the septic line - and mentioned based on what he was feeling - the line could be partially collapsed but he wasn't positive - it was working fine - we decided to leave it at that - long story short - it was fine for several weeks - before leaving - James also fixed a leaking hot water valve to the washing machine while Chris took care of a leaking outside faucet that supplied the hose - at no extra charge - the price was less than half of what I was quoted from the septic company - I was extremely happy once again at the urgent response level - the price - and most importantly - the quality of the workmanship.
The same property was rented out for the weekend several weeks later - and unfortunately I got a call at 9.30 pm that the same problem had arose - I visited and confirmed the problem at the property - texted James just in case he or one of his employees was around - he texted back no less than 10 minutes later - I explained the issue - He said he and Chris would be out at 8.30 the following morning (Saturday) - I met with them both - the problem was rectified - at that point he said he would need to get at the cause - which was done the following week - turned out a tree root had grown over the line causing it to compress to less than half the original diameter - which is exactly what James had diagnosed the first time. The problem was solved - the price was outstanding - and included the second blowout. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
I now have them scheduled to replace all fixtures/leaks/slow drain problem at another property - have complete confidence the same quality will follow - Big Thanks to James and Chris -
