I just discovered this company and read the reviews. Okey came highly recommended and when I read what was said here I got worried. Mike (not sure of his last name) came out to give me an estimate and he could not have been more professional, clear, reasonable, and informed. The work hasn't been done yet but I feel confident now that I have met part of the team. In fact I think they saved me money by suggesting I didn't need to do what another professional advised me to do. I will update this once the work is done.

We were referred to Okey by a long-time resident in the area when our regular plumbing company (Hardy) was unable or unwilling to deal with a flooding problem in the crawlspace of our 100+ year-old home. The Hardy people said there was no plumbing problem, just natural dampness due to the age of the house.

The Okey workers correctly identified that the source of the problem was an uncapped pipe spewing waste water directly into the crawlspace rather than through the sewage line. It was a difficult fix in a tight space and unpleasant circumstances, but Okey's workers were diligent and resourceful. They fixed the problem the Hardy 'plumber' either couldn't identify or was too lazy to deal with.

We will definitely call Okey again for our plumbing/heating needs.

Okey is a reputable company so I had high expectations but it turns out Mike Manzo is the only employee there that knows what he's doing. We had issues with almost every item they completed and Mike had to come back and fix it all. Their office manager was a nightmare to deal with, hopefully she has been replaced. If they get some more knowledgable employees they will be fine, for now, if you hire them, ask for Mike Manzo to do everything or you might be sorry.
