Do not use this company for clogged drains. They showed up at my house with the wrong equipment (a handheld 25 foot snake) and they were unable to clear the drain because the clog was further down. They didn't have a longer snake on the truck and then they charged me for their time to go and get a longer snake. They were still unable to clear the clog and charged me $500 even though they didn't complete the job.

I ended up calling another company that specializes in sewers and drains, who cleared the drain line in less than an hour and for a much better price.

Have used O'Keefe Plumbing over the years and have always been happy with their work. They are prompt and efficient. Always give a call back in a timely manner to set up an appointment. I would highly recommend them!

my boiler was acting up on a saturday morning and I knew cold weather was on its way. i reached out to okeefe plumbing. the operator was helpful and courteous. she took detailed info and assured me someone would reach out to me shortly. within 30 minutes, I got a call from Tim. he gathered information by asking me for model # and pictures of the unit so he could come properly equipped. he gave an estimated time of arrival and was prompt. he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and was very frank about the cost, which i appreciated. gave me an estimate of how long the job would take and was true to his word. had everything working withing 90 minutes. he took the time to explain to me what he fixed, what he thought was inefficient about the current setup and how he would fix it if i chose to do so. he also gave me an upfront quote on that work.

the following day, i had another unrelated issue and he was receptive to my texts and called me to walk me through some steps. he ended up fixing it over the phone.

i really appreciated the prompt and professional work. Tim was very knowledgeable and willing to help when he could. i would definitely use him for any future work.

The review I wrote about O'Keefe Plumbing is 100% about your company. You are mistaken to assume that I represent a restaurant. I am a customer at a private home in the Glen Head area. I have never posted a complaint on Yelp before, however, in this case, it was completely justified. I hope this raises the bar for your company to begin treating your customers with the courtesy, professionalism and respect we deserve. Our time is just as valuable as yours.
