Rude, ineffective, and overpriced. Do not call them. Unfortunately, they claim to be ""authorized Kohler servicers"", but all that means is that they abdicate any responsibility for actually, sensibly diagnosing the problem, instead they have Kohler recommend the solution, which usually involves replacing some stupid small irrelevant component that costs $500+ to purchase, plus the labor that OKeefe will charge. AVOID!!
