Not enough people take the time to review companies they use. OK Plumbing was referred by a friend who is also a plumber but didn't do ""big jobs"" that we were expecting this to turn out to be. Mike the owner came out in between jobs to ""scope / video"" our exit drainage line. The City if HB did some work (tore up our street & removed a 30 yr old ugly ass tree; no complaints there). Since it was ""their"" tree and had destroyed our sidewalk and plumbing. It's been a couple of weeks well the City hasn't come back yet to finish the job. We thought we were going to have to pay a grip to fix it. NOPE! Mike took a video of the roots all up in the pipe and pics for us to show the City and tell them they need to come back and hydro jet the damn thing! ""OK Plumbing"" should be ""Excellent Plumbing with integrity"". They could have easily charged us but instead they let us know it was the Cities responsibility.. BIG relief & BIG $$$$ saved!!!! ""OK Pluming"" just went into my favorite list! Don't even hesitate they're solid and charge fairly for what they do!

Finding a good plumber is hard to find and going through Craig's List for the last 5 years is no bueno. But Keith is like the hidden gem restaurant that no one knows about (only 6 reviews?) but I guess nobody wants to give up the goods. I've used him twice now and the first time, he came within 15 minutes to fix a leak in one of the connecting pipes to the water heater, but I made an appointment the next time around to unclog a bathroom sink and change out a couple of thing a ma jigs under the sink (I forget what the proper term is). He's a one man operation who I trust to do a thorough job without wasting anyone's time. I don't have to look any further, he's definitely my guy now.

Keith came by today to fix a backed up kitchen sink. He replied quickly to my voice message, came when he said he would, and fixed our sink on the same day. His pricing was really reasonable too! Seemed to know a lot about plumbing and even gave me free advice on a water heater issue at a different property. Super nice and very knowledgeable. Says he doesn't believe in all this internet stuff but decided to write him a great review anyway, because he deserves it. He's the real deal.
