Rude employees, not respectful of Tennant. Terrible communicators. Technically probably knowledgeable but handling customers and people is definitely a weakness. I will not be using them on my own house. Just call it as I see it.

I've used O+H twice now over the last 2 years. I'm always satisfied and highly recommend. Terrance came this morning (on time as promised) and did a top notch job installing 2 toilets and a bathroom faucet....very skilled professional. Also polite and a great representative of the company.

We called and explained we had a pipe leaking due to a clogged bathtub drain. They said they'd send someone out. They sent two guys to fix the job. Once I explained the issue to them, they stated that they couldn't do anything because they didn't handle drainage issues. They referred me to another company and said they they would get out of there before we got a service charge. Come to find out they billed us $84 to give us someone else's number. When I called to explain, the lady in accounting said she would talk to Dave and get back to me. Never heard back, but just received a new invoice that says our payment is late. We won't be paying the invoice or using them again. I'd recommend you go somewhere else also. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

We've had O&H perform several services for us over the past four months. These actions included heating system winter servicing, water heater removal and replacement, and removal and reinstallation of a toilet fixture. In every case O&H was courteous and prompt in their responsiveness and actions performed. Their business staff and technicians are professional, and the work was accomplished as promised. The technicians also cleaned up the work sites after completing the work. The prices for the work performed seemed reasonable.

Had excellent service when we got a new water heater last year. This year we called with a bathtub faucet problem. Charged us once to determine that they didn't know what to do. Upon their recommendation we purchased the needed part from Home Depot. They charged again to put the part in. After 6 weeks faucet is doing the same thing and their response is that they did not order the part! Geez, they advised us to get the part! Another owner here in the Condo Association said that they put a used part in his bathtub...lol..i am guessing it was the part they took out of our bathtub the day before! Note: there is no proof that the owner was given a used part. Owner said they told him that they did, and that it was temporary until that owner could order part....if not for this mishap I would have given Ohler FIVE STARS.

This wonderful company has been servicing our lakehouse for generations, literally. They are so knowledgeable about furnace systems and plumbing. There is nobody else I would call!
They also have a new guy on staff named Chris. Super smart, hard working, and seriously polite. He does not look like your typical plumber!

These guys misdiagnosed my problem and billed me through the nose! Told me my furnace was not repairable and tried repeatedly to sell me a new one. I got a second opinion from a competitor and they quickly and easily fixed my furnace at a fraction of the cost these guys billed me for nothing!
This used to be a reputable company. At least their cat is warm.
