I didn't check my emails and missed a confirmation message last night if the job was still on... but Tim still arrived at our previously scheduled appointment time and went to work immediately! I'm so glad I contacted theses guys because not only was it done quickly and expertly but the old nut holding the cold water handle was so corroded (installed 16 years ago) that he had to use his sawzall to remove it! Then like a babooze I threw away the old p trap washer and locking ring for the drain pipe but he described what I needed and a quick trip to City Mill and I got and finished the drain! Totally recommend this guy and company and as our house we moved in and fixed up back in 2008 as well as an apt we own that we just rented out are going to have plumbing problems at some point - I know who I will call from now on! Had a problem with my shower drain and i tried everything! I got a quote from them and it was pretty straightforward. The plumber came in within the given window and did his thing. I highly recommend them! My kitchen sink was majorly clogged while my husband was out of town. My teen son fixed the clog, but struggled to put the pipes back together. Requested quote through Yelp for installation of new kitchen faucet (that I had already purchased). Ohana was the first to respond - within minutes! Their quote seemed reasonable and they were able to schedule me the very next day so I took a chance and went with them. So glad that I did! They provided a quote up front without needing to come out to look at anything first, assured me there were no hidden or additional fees, and had excellent communication with me. Plumber texted me to let me know when he expected to arrive, got there when he said he would, told me how long he thought the job would take, and had my new faucet installed within 15 minutes!!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!! Also, I ended up receiving one other quote. Not only was the quote for the job higher but the other company also charged a dispatch fee. The other companies Yelp sent my request to either wanted me to call them or come see the sink before they would give me a quote. I knew this was a pretty easy straightforward job and didn't feel like calling them, especially after receiving Ohana's quote that seemed really reasonable. Ohana was easy peasy, fast, convenient and just what I needed. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!!!

Very Professional service. He was on time, quick and very easy to talk to. He kept things neat and tidy, Explained how the fixtures I purchased worked. No leaks since after performing the service on all three fixtures, kitchen, bathroom sink and shower head. Overall I highly recommend and will call first the time I need this type of work.

In less than 3 hours from initial contact to completion of the job, the problem with my toilet was promptly resolved by K and Tim of Ohana Clog Drain Services. After submitting a photo the inside of the toilet tank, K was very understanding and patient and we agreed that only the toilet fill valve needed replacing. Tim arrived promptly within 30 minutes. It took him about 15 minutes or less to replaced the valve. In addition, Tim inspected the flapper as well and explained how to spot a worn flapper. Even though, we provided the new toilet fill valve for Tim to used, he kindly added a warranty for the valve in case the valve becomes defective. Yes, he went the extra mile! We could had replaced the valve ourselves, but, decided to hire Ohana Clog Drain Service for a quicker repair. I was charged a reasonable nominal fee, so it was worth while having Ohana Clog Drain Service replaced the valve. Both K and Tim were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate in providing top notch excellent quality reasonable priced assistance to their customers. I would recommend Ohana Clog Drain Service to anyone who wants top notch professional plumbing services. They are already on my speed dial for the next plumbing service in the near future and for years to come. K and Tim...you're awesome!

The guy came to unclog the kitchen sink... sink is now dripping and still clogged. He told me he would find someone to fix it but still have not heard back. Did not charge for service, but now the situation is worst that it was before.
