Benjamin C.I've called OHA several times, the first time as a substitute for my other favorite HVAC company when they couldn't get to me soon enough. They did very well - I was pleased with their HVAC service and would be glad to use them again.
I have reservations on using them for fireplace repair however -- they were not terrible, but the last time I tried them for fireplace repair they were unsuccessful in fixing my problem, and I ended up calling a different company. So if I were rating OHA for fireplace repair it would four stars or less.
Note that OHA Home Service of Chantilly seems to be the same company as the OHA Home Service in Fredericksburg. They are listed as separate businesses, and I called the Chantilly phone number, but my review would probably apply to all three.
