Dissatisfied with the subpar service and dubious practices of many competitors, he envisioned a company that prioritized honesty, punctuality, and a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. Today, three decades on, his philosophy has resulted in thousands of pleased customers.

Launched in 1997 by Mr. Fred Ouellette, who owned and operated the company until his retirement in 2018. Mr. Fred built the company on principles of integrity and diligence, and upon his retirement, he entrusted it to several technicians who had been with him for two decades. We maintain the same foundational principles that Mr. Fred established. Count on us for trustworthy service and reliability. We will never sell you services you don’t require.

With 15 years of experience in the HVAC field. He graduated from a four-year HVAC training program in 2008. Over a span of 15 years, he has worked at two local HVAC companies. He has always strived for excellence in his profession. He truly grasps the intricacies of diagnostics, electrical systems, refrigeration, and the importance of customer service.
