In 1995, Fred Ouellette established his heating and cooling company. Dissatisfied with the subpar service and dubious practices of many competitors, he set out to create a business focused on integrity, timeliness, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Three decades later, thousands of satisfied customers have validated his vision.

Launched in 1997 by Mr. Fred Ouellette, who owned and operated the company until his retirement in 2018. Mr. Fred built the company on principles of integrity and diligence, and upon his retirement, he entrusted it to several technicians who had been with him for two decades. Bringing 15 years of expertise in the HVAC industry. He completed a four-year HVAC program, graduating in 2008. Over a span of 15 years, he has worked at two local HVAC companies. He has always strived for excellence in his profession. He possesses a deep understanding of diagnostics, electrical systems, refrigeration, and customer service.
