If no one else can do the job, call O'Grady...or better yet, call them first and save yourself the headache.

We had a poorly installed hot water heater. It clanged day and night. After giving up on the original hack who put it in, I called 5 plumbers who refused to even come look at it. I was recommended O'Grady. I called them Friday at 9am - they assessed it later that day. On Monday by 11am, it was fixed. Finally, I can get some sleep without the clanging all night.

Do not hire this company. I'm a veteran and a retired civil servant. I was always taught to take responsibility for your mistakes and man up. Without going into detail, this company is not worth hiring because they don't stand by their work. The son is not his father as they say.

my tub was clogged. i called this company,and informed person i needed services. i was told id get a call back! didn't receive.i looked @ a 2 minute youtube video,and corrected myself!!!

Don't waste your time or your money! $75 dollars for a fix that lasted 2 days. Then they couldn't manage to get back and do the repair correctly. Stay away
