The guys that came to work on our project were kind and friendly. They were professional and the final job looked great.
I was not impressed with the office staff when I had a question about the billing. I was billed man hours for 2 men in the morning starting 30 min before they arrived and for several hours while they collected parts from 2 locations. The office guy said I was billed for 2 men because they must have gone to the locations separately, but they only had 1 vehicle with them at any time. The office guy was very short with me. He said, however I was billed is how it is. They were 30% more than I was quoted by another professional company and 50% more than an independent plumber, but they were able to work me in quickly.

Extremely rude. Tried to claim a job could only be done certain way to overcharge for a simple fix. When asked a question got hostile and threatened to leave. When we informed the plumber we wanted to ask a couple questions first he then left. Apparently it's his way or the high way. Then they try to bill us for a job not done on top of being extremely rude and sensitive?
