Thank you Matt Smith of Ogami plumbing. I will be calling on Ogami plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. They are fantastic. I called on Friday afternoon and they came to fix my clogged mainline on Saturday morning. Matt worked hard and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He has a wonderful attitude and is very knowledgeable about any plumbing matter. The prices are extremely fair. I will be recommending Ogami plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

After having my mother getting ripped off from Roto Rooter, I was hesitant on which plumber to call for work on my house. I was referred to Ogami Plumbing from another plumber I called (they couldn't do my job right away). Luckily for me my job was small and they could squeeze me in between jobs. They were very nice about the entire process gave me an estimated time when they would come, called when they were on their way to let me know. Came to my house and took care of the stuck drain in no time. They were careful to put down rags to ensure the area they were working was clean and cleaned the sink area and ensured the clog was completely free. The person that came to work on my house was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Thank goodness for plumbers in this world! Truly - thank goodness! Sent my kid and said kids friend to go shower, next thing I am hearing screams of 'maaaamaaa'! Off I bolt into bathroom where I see panicking faces, one in shower one next toilet - toilet ready to flow forth it's contents, shower collecting water and bubbling forth umm yeah you know what goes down the pipes... Wait gets better - later on as hubby is investigating - all toilets, all showers and yes the tub as well. OI! Only thing NOT backing up - the sinks. Needless to say we were recommended by a family member to get in touch with Billy Ogami. Hubby called this morning, and this afternoon we had Chezz at our doorstep. He was very polite, and apologetic about getting to us so late. (I was just happy we had someone at our house) Then he got straight to work figuring our situation. He got to the access point on the outside of our house, twisted off the cap - and a bunch of junk pored out - sand, water, dark stuff, and some other bits. He just nodded his head and explained to me based on how quickly the pressure was released how we definitely had a problem. He got his snake tool and gen proceeded to spend the next 45 minutes or so, working the snake through the pipes. He definitely found a trouble spot for us, and said the best way to understand what was going on was to scope it, and even gps track it. He didn't have all the equipment on him that time, but would work out as much of the issue as he could and next time it clogged up again to call them back. They would make sure to have the scope with them. Will call these guys up again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ogami Plumbing for saving the day (and a bit of my sanity)! Pricing is reasonable.

It's hard to find a fair and honest licensed plumber anywhere. There are those that do good work but will charge crazy prices just because they can. Ogami has always been on time and even been able to accommodate me on a days notice. In fact, I'll even give them a call for advice on situations. Fair prices (I checked around!) I've been using Ogami for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Peace of mind ... First impressions count, good friends referral lead us to Ogami PlumbIng. This is Saturday August 20, 2016 called Billy Ogami asked for help, he said sure. Within an hour of our 9:30 call Chezz, arrived, accessed, repaired, replaced the commode shut off valve, supply line tube, flapper and in tank filler shaft ... My first impression of Billy Ogami was good, he listened and said sure he or Chezz would do the service call. They are professional, efficient, personable, explained every step and showed us all the damaged worn parts. We will continue to call upon Ogami Plumbing and refer with confidence. Reasonable, honest ! We are highly satisfied and happily calm now in Aiea Heights, no worries of an indoor flood, Thank you Billy and Chezz, we've got your number!

Well, just two days after writing this review, our entire home's drain system backed up. I had Emergency Plumbing & Solar snake my pipes about a month and a half ago and it was backing up again. Not willing to pay the same prices I paid EP&S the last time, I called my new favorite plumber, Ogami Plumbing. One of their guys stopped by in the late afternoon and started snaking our pipes. After about half an hour, he told us the clog was deeper than he could reach so he called Billy Ogami to switch off with him because Billy had a longer snake. Billy soon arrived and took over. He worked on the pipes for about an hour and got them cleared. He said he went in about 90 ft, basically to the main lines out under the street so whatever was in there was completely cleared. He said he felt resistance along the way so kept at it to make sure everything was pushed out to the street. Billy did a much more thorough job than EP&S and his cost was half what EP&S charged me.

Billy and Val repaired my stopped up and broken drain and did a fantastic professional job which was done very efficiently and fast. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. So if you need excellent plumbing service that is quick , reliable with reasonable prices, call Ogami Plumbing.

Ogami came to my place on two different occasions and each time they solved my problem and did a great job. Friendly guys - I don't remember this one guy's name but he didn't give up on my clogged sink (even though it must've been frustrating) and did it with a great attitude! They give a general time frame when they will arrive and I would stay true to that. They are good with being in contact with you if they are running late. I would definitely recommend them.
