OG Plumbing replaced our leaking lead water line with a new copper line. We signed the contract on a Friday and they were here on Monday. They completed the job in 3 days! They were minimally invasive to the property. You couldn't even tell they were here when they were done because they did such a great job cleaning up after themselves. As Doug mentioned below, they are one of the few companies that will replace lead water lines. They also offered the most competitive bid. I highly recommend them.

Hired Og plumbing to replace our old water service line with a new copper pipe. They are one of the only residential plumbers that actually do this work so finding bids was challenging to begin with. They came out quickly, turned around a proposal within a day and provided references for others who had the same work done. OG Plumbing your workers damaged my siding on March 13th, 2023, I have been calling your company and never an answer. I have been after the Sean your contractor to fix it and all I get is the run around. I have filed a police report for damaged property. I have given more than enough time for your company to fix my siding.

I came home today May 31st, 2023, to find that the siding was fixed, but it's not wrong color my building is brown. I am going to go to thru my insurance I am done. I want this fixed ASAP I don't want to have to file a lawsuit, but if this is not corrected I will. I have photos of before and after.

Paid this guy 15,000 for a flood control system and 2 years later the float switch got stuck and needed service, this jerk told me to bad, Maurice doesn't service is work and never returned any more calls , I had to file a complaint with the BBB and with the city of Chicago
Stay away from this guy , FAR AWAY unless you like being ripped off

Awful company. First they charge me for twice the time the guy was here (2hrs vs 45min) then they claim it's because they sent him a few days early to get a valve from Home Depot. They charged me separate for the valve (cost plus 10%) but claim it took an hour to go to a hardware store 5min away to get a part. Something we could have ordered and shipped for free. Then they called and threatened to remove the valve if I did pay them AFTER they had cashed my check for the full amount. They also never finished the job of inspecting and fixing the water pressure. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
