They REFUSED to help an elderly woman living alone with a broken water line. Apparently they do not do emergency service for the elderly. Lisa can be rude at times. I would NOT recommend this company.

Great business in Ely with great customer service! They come service and repair our HVAC at least once or twice a year(no fault to them our unit is old and crappy) and they are always professional. Recently the control board on our a/c unit went out and their service tech bypassed it to save us money and get our a/c to blow cool again until we can order the right parts. Thanks again guys! Definitely recommend them!
