5 STARS! Had an emergency in my rental house in Chula Vista and my tenants were without water because my tenant had to turn off the water supply to the bathroom because of a big leak through a valve. My wife called Franklin who was referred to her by a close friend. It was Saturday morning and we've already tried calling other plumbers but we just got sent to voice mail. Franklin responded and was at my rental in no time. He assessed the job and quoted me a low and high amount, in case he finds other problems. All thru texts and I didn't have to drive 45 miles to the place. He got the job done soon as I ok'ed to proceed. Ended up paying the low amount he quoted. My tenants are happy and I'm relieved. I would recommend Frank anytime to anybody as he is honest and responsive. Thanks Frank.

Extremely impressed with OFK Plumbing water heater installation. Frank the owner went above and beyond with the installation making sure everything were well organized and not sloppy like the other previous Plumbing services we have used in the past. Frank answered all of our questions and educated us on how to maintain our new water heater as well as plumbing throughout our house. Frank showed up on time. He gave me a quote to change my bathtub spout, shower handles, and pvc repair. Everything was done in a few hours, and cost was exactly what he quoted. Very friendly. Found out he does wood work, too, so I'm looking forward to working with Frank again in the future.

DO NOT USE. Unprofessional. Job incomplete. Not a 5 star company. So disappointed. Wanted to get a sink installed, had to get two estimates and then still didn't get the work done because they would not do what I wanted and insisted on doing what they wanted and it's my house...STAY AWAY. I would not believe the good reviews. Beware.
