I called Offutt Plumbing Inc early morning in a panic state as my garbage disposal stopped working. I spoke to a wonderful lady over the phone, Maureen, who guided me patiently over the phone to fix the problem. I sincerely thank her for all her help. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Renny come to move a drain pipe and two water lines about six inches to the right. He was fantastic! Timely, courteous and really honest. My husband and I are pretty handy people and he was really conservative in what he did, checking with me to see if something that needed to be done was something we would rather do ourselves. To me, that is the sign of a really trustworthy plumber as he could have done those small things himself without checking with me and billed us for it. Most importantly the work was excellent. He will absolutely have our business again when we remodel our next bathroom!

I'd also like to add that his receptionist is awesome and gave us some great advice as well!

About a week ago, on the coldest day of winter so far, we had two pipes burst in our home on consecutive days. Renny and Maureen of Offutt Plumbing were great and helped us avoid a great deal of stress. Maureen on the phone put us immediately at ease and advised what we had to do with our pipes, etc. to make sure that the damage is contained.
After the first pipe burst, Renny came by within an hour and fixed the issue. Maureen responded to us after hours and set up a quick appointment after the second pipe burst after 10PM - my husband was intending to leave them a voicemail and was surprised that the phone was picked up.
Renny was thorough with his work, explained what the issue was and how it could be avoided going forward. We will certainly work with Renny again

Renny, the owner, and Maureen in the office are the best. I have used Offutt for multiple jobs around the house and they are responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, and just do a great job every time. You're wasting your time and money going anywhere else.

We had the gas controls go out on our 8 year old water heater. Mr. Offutt recommended swapping out the whole device for a newer and more efficient one. Other plumbers wanted way more just to try and fix the gas controls. I trust him and from now on he is the only plumber that will be at my home.

Had a major issue apparently called a ""dig up"" in plumbing lingo. Anyway I called Offutt and although they don't dig up, they were EXTREMELY helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I would not have thought to call Dominion Electric until Offutt suggested it. And voila we had the water line insurance. The point is this kind of customer service is very rare these days, but based on my research this is how Offutt rolls. Therefore they are now on speed dial for ANY plumbing issues.

I have used Offutt Plumbing for a over 7 years after seeing top reviews for quality and price from Washington Consumer Checkbook magazine. The professionalism starts from the first phone call, they determine right away why the call is made...minor repair replacement or EMERGENCY, and arrangement of fixture product replacements. Over those years I have used Offutt in every category. They work very well with a savvy consumer who does research as to the what are the best rated fixture brands and models. An honest discussion of when is the best date and time for the home owner to be home gets a specific date. E mails back get a confirmation. On the appointment day a phone call narrows the time frame. I have been VERY PLEASED and thus the 5 stars. This is an example of supporting a local business and not a firm that spends high $ on cable ads.

Glen was unprofessional on the phone while setting up an appointment for a quote, and did not show up at all for the appointment. I called him after, and he said he didn't want the job. I took off work to meet him. At least have the decency to call or text, not interested.
