O'Fallon sewer and plumbing repair did a wonderful job John was a plumber that showed up today he was fantastic. Very courteous and polite. Price was reasonable. I like using a family-owned business and keeping it in St Charles. I would highly recommend them. I woke up this morning with the basement being flooded called several places they could not come out until Monday or Tuesday I could not wait that long. I was recommended to call O'Fallon sewer I called them spoke to a very nice young lady and she scheduled somebody to be out within the hour and a half. Thank you so much John you're wonderful

Beware this business they will lie about repairs. Their also quite rude. They will tell you things need to be fixed that really don't so they can charge more. Get a second opinion before allowing them to do anything.

We had a blockEd kitchen drain. Called a plumbing company. The guy they sent looked under the sink and said he could. ""Try"" for $350. We then called a friend who recommended O'Fallon Sewer Service. Vince came out the same day, looked under the sink and said it was a clogged elbow. He cleaned it out with a snake, put everything back together and cleaned up the mess - at less than half the price!

This was the 2nd plumbing service we called out on the same day. The first company (AAA Plumbing aka AAA Home Services) totally misdiagnosed the problem and told us there was nothing they could do because we needed a licensed line layer and they weren't licensed.We were still charged a $78.50 service call charge. We called O'Fallon Sewer and they came right out and fixed the problem. Nice, friendly and efficient.

After i got taken by chesterfield plumbing for $100 I called ofallon sewer company they came out first thing next morning got the job done without complaining about how it would have to be done and was efficient about it. Very fair pricing . Great guys! One thing I learned was there is a difference between a simple plumber and a great sewer guy! He saved the day! Thank you!

O'Fallon Sewer was fast, friendly and professional. They even fit my repair in earlier to accommodated my emergency repair on my sewer. Their prices were good, they handled the permit and kept in contact with me. I was referred to O'Fallon Sewer by a previous customer and they were right Jeff is very knowledgeable and sent me a proposal right away. Upon completion of the job the invoice was paid immediately and a lien waiver was provided.

Called them early on a Thursday after our septic backed up the night before and about an hour later they were at our front door. The gentleman was very courteous and got the job done giving us advice as how often we should get our tank pumped and left us a years supply of an additive. We will be a repeat customer!

O'Fallon Sewer's service is the worst. Not only did they lie and tell us they were coming out,they never showed and then charged us for services they never performed. When we called, they were rude and defensive. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Worst customer service. It's hard to believe they can be that rude and remain in business. It's a shame because the plumbers are good.
