Oscar has been our go-to for several years From quick AC cleaning to plumbing issues including sinks, faucets & toilets to electrical issues like ceiling fans and lighting he is awesome He also installed our water leak detector which involved our main water line and installing an outlet so the Wi-Fi could connect He will nearly do it all and more importantly- he will tell you if it's too big or out of his scope Easy to communicate with, reliable, professional and trustworthy It is difficult for me to write this review because I don't want other people to make him too busy so he can continue to help us...

I called Oscar and he was able to come out the same day without charging to see what my rental property renters were having with a leaking kitchen faucet. He kept me informed on what he was seeing, and I was always in the loop with what was going on as I was not present. He then explained the issue and gave me options with an estimate and was quick to replace my kitchen faucet. Oscar was professional, friendly and knowledgeable from when I called him to when he was done with the job. I would highly recommend Oscar. A++ service.

Amazing customer service. Answered my call at 9pm and was ready to be at my house within 30min. My tenant didn't respond so he said he would be there first thing in the morning. He was there as advertised and did a great job!!

My bathroom/shower faucet has been an issue now for a while. I bought the parts to fix it myself, but I wasn't able to get the old piece out. After much frustration I finally decided that it would be best if I found someone to do this who knew what they were doing. Naturally, I logged on to Yelp and did a search. Oscar responded immediately and he happened to have free time right when I called. He gave me an estimate that I found reasonable and came over. I showed him the parts I bought, he showed me why they wouldn't work. No surprise there. Then he got to work. I have always hated this particular faucet because it's the knob that you have to pull outward to turn it on and it sticks. Well, it sticks because it's so old it's worn out. Oscar showed me the problem and explained how it would be resolved. I said, go for it. In one short afternoon he replaced the faucet along with the plumbing inside the wall, so now I don't have any more leaks AND, best of all, I have a much nicer faucet! I don't have to hate taking a shower any more. Oscar is professional and very friendly. While he was here I had him give me quotes on a couple other things that I know the house needs, and again his price is reasonable. I'll definitely have him back again soon.

Oscar was extremely professional and courteous. He came on time, the same day I first contacted him. I told him I had a time crunch to get an issue resolved and he made the effort to come, and not only fix the priority issue, but also other minor replacements I mentioned while he was there. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be using his services going forward.
