Had a mini-emergency with our well pump -- by which I mean, no water pressure throughout the house -- on a hectic holiday weekend. Discovered it Saturday evening, with a family picnic scheduled for 2:00 the next afternoon. Called a few 24/7 plumbing services right away ... with zero luck. (Apparently, to many of these companies, ""24/7"" means ""except on weekends -- especially holiday weekends."")

Called Odenheimer around 9:30 the next morning (Sunday). Got a call back less than a half hour later from their on-call tech, 23-year-old Nick. He asked a few questions, confirmed our address, and was at our house within the hour. We had water by noon and the Indy Day celebration commenced right on time.

Nick was pleasant, professional and obviously highly capable. I'd recommend him and Odenheimer to anyone needing well or pump service, without hesitation.

Got the job done. Replaced my jet pump with a submersible. I bought my house 2 years ago. It had a buried well and I had no idea where it was. It was an estate sale so the prior owner was deceased. Odenheimers found my buried well. They were the second company I hired. The first company, the ""so called full service, experienced owners of American Pump and Well"" couldn't seem to find my buried well. In my opinion I don't think they could find there way out of a paper bag. But then again, I've never seen them try. American pump and well wanted to bring in a 300 dollar well locator after they couldn't find it. Odenheimers has their own equipment for locating lost wells. This is a big savings. They also had their own back hoe which American pump and well didn't have. They had to rent an expensive one which I had to pay for. When a company has their own back hoe that is also a big savings. Odenheimers also put an extension on my buried well so it now sticks above the ground. Now I know exactly where it is at. Any well or pump service is probably going to be expensive so if you are going to hire someone, hire people who have the experience to do it right the first time. Don't make a 1000 dollar mistake like I did.
