Thank you, Mr. Robinson. In the event I need plumbing work done again in the Binghamton metro, I will call Odd Hours. You were courteous and timely. You got the job done, didn't overcharge, and responded within 24 hours. You were kind, communicative, encouraging, and respectful of my space. You told me exactly why my attempt at DIY plumbing wasn't going to work, and how to fix it if I want to try DIY again in the future.

Mr. Robinson could not have been better. He was so friendly, polite and most of all he knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it...and he did ! He also headed off a big problem we would have had in the future. His assistant, Nelson was just the same, very nice and professional.
