Called for an estimate 2 months ago. No one ever showed up. Obviously doesn't care about customer support.

My gas furnace went down. I called O'Connor's, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Carson came and fixed my problem within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

O'connor's recently installed several items for me. I found them to be professional, friendly, and courteous. Everything was done in a timely fashion. Every effort was made to accommodate my schedule. All work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this business, and I have, to anyone. I definitely will use O'connor's again, if the need arises.

They've installed our water heater, a new furnace, and most recently central air for us. Everyone has been very easy to work with and everything has been done in a timely manner. We have been very happy with everything so far! I definitely recommend them!

My daughter and her husband contacted O'Connor's to clean their furnace in late December. They paid the $90+ and all seemed ok. Less than a month later, their furnace quit and would not restart. They tried to re-light the pilot, but it wouldn't stay lit. Unfortunately this happened at night. So they tried to reach O'Connor's, with no luck. They were able to get another local company to come in and check things out. Long story short, the thermocoupler had been put in crooked and stripped the valve that fed the fuel. The technician was unable to fix it and had to put in a new valve and thermocoupler. The charge, since it was a late night emergency call, was $500+,which included parts. My son in law called O'Connor's the next day, and was told by the lady answering the phone that someone would be in touch. Almost a week went by, and he called in again, only to be rudely told that if he was seeking money, he wouldn't be getting any. That doesn't sound like a company that backs its work. It sounds like one I wouldn't want in my home.
