Tony came out to assess our hot water heater and recommended a new one. He was extremely professional, very kind, and answered all of our questions patiently. We cannot compliment him highly enough! He took the anxiety out of getting a new water heater because he was so thorough with all of the details we needed to make a good decision. O'Connor Plumbing is very fortunate to have an employee that is such a kind and professional man.

I called O'Connor as a Google trusted company. What a mistake!!!!, Hold on to your wallet with these guys. They sent a plumber out to handle some bad faucets and repair or replace them. Austin arrived and spent 2 hours doing the job. The parts could haven been purchased from Lowes or Home Depot for less than $150. He argued with me about where the replacement faucet was to be placed even though I clearly told him to place it where the old reel was located. 2 hours labor and $150 parts led to a bill of $713. I contacted the office several times and no return call. I couldn't get an itemized bill. Don't make the same mistake I did, find someone else.

We found ourselves in what felt like dire circumstances when we realized we had a major 'water feature' under our kitchen sink. After bailing and the use of bad words, I begain to search the Inter-webs. I found O'Connors Plumbing and gave them a call the next morning (who wants to pay weekend overtime? Not me!) They had someone there within an hour! Unbeleivable!
My new BFF, Ethan (the plumber) was wonderful! He stopped the Niagra Falls under my sink, and I told him of all my other plumbing issues (that I had kind of, maybe put off for a bit. Really, a second working toilet would be nice, but.. you know, not the end of the world.)
Well, he looked at everything on my list, explained my options, and gave me the cost of each repair (parts and labor). One thing had to be ordered and he showed up with it the next morning and installed it.
We no longer had a water feature in our kitchen but we did have hot water! YAY! We also got a Military Discount, nice huh?

When you have an issue with your plumbing at home, you want someone reliable and trustworthy to fix it. You also don't want them to raise the price to an out of this world amount for them to be in your home for less than 20 minute. The part they use to fix my sink was less than $30 (replace sink basket strainer) and I won't even complain about the $44 diagnostic fee because that seem standard but between those two amounts and the fact the technician was on the property for less than 20 minutes... how did the total price come to $315.00?! And thats with the military discount. I wanted to use this company because I've heard good things, but now I realize they are just taking advantage of people.

We had a plumber come out to our house on the 10th - our drain is still clogged. I spoke to Evelyn and was told that you do not Guarantee/Warranty their drain work, and it was written on the receipt. I called my brother to get a copy of the receipt and was told he paid in cash and did not receive a receipt

Bottom line: I cannot overstate the phenomenal service Cody Carroll and Zach Whiting provided.
We recently moved into a new home and needed a good plumber to correct some issues and install some improvements. O'Connor Plumbing and Heating was the only firm who could come out on my tight schedule and were the least expensive to provide estimates. Actually, I had to reschedule as Cody and Zach were driving out and they immediately understood and rescheduled for the same time the next day. When they came out, Cody assessed what needed to be done, listened to what I wanted to have done, and provided a by-the-job estimate on the spot. The very next day, I had a minor, unrelated plumbing emergency and I called Cody. Cody and Zach came out and fixed the problem within 3 hours of my call.
