Great response at first but then all communication stopped. We need help as we have no hot water and we have a 4 year old. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

This plumbing company is also known as O'Connor Plumbing and PAO Industries (http://www.oconnorplumbing.com/home.html or for PAO Industries paullemerise.com). The owner/operator often offers services reserved for general contractors but only has a plumbing contractor license. The real address, not the one on the website, is: 23511 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 tel: 949-842-1144. Jennifer Lutz (owner operator CEO as stated on the website) hires undocumented workers (much to our surprise), doesn't pay them and then they go back to the customer requesting money, leaving them, most often, with nothing for their hard work. We paid the supervisor for all the labor (having also paid Lutz for the same labor costs) as our company cannot pay undocumented workers. Thank Goodness We insisted the supervisor remain on the job, Jennifer wanted to let him go, as we started doubting Jennifer's ability to complete our very costly renovation. It really upset us to uncover that she was exploiting undocumented workers. These disenfranchised people do not have a voice and, therefore, do not report her unscrupulous business practices. We discovered that ates but in Aliso Viejo. She has no plumbers or equipment and relies on freelance plumbers with their own equipment, well, those plumbers she hasn't defrauded already. We should have suspected something when we noticed Her website listed Hoag Hospital as a client but didn't even spell the name correctly - Houg Hospital Surgical Center - is what she wrote. She claims on her LinkedIn page that she has been an entrepreneur for 28 years. All these years we have been using ""entrepreneur"" inaccurately, we never knew it was synonymous with avoiding, deceit, cheating and scam. We found that if she is talking, she is making it up as she goes along. She speaks really fast and doesn't finish her sentences so you really don't know what she is saying half the time and if you ask her to repeat what she's said, she can't.

Find another plumber, general contractor etc...unless you have oodles of time and money and don't care how your job is completed....
