This company should not be in business. They were the worst I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called them with an emergency, when the water was dripping on the wall of my bedroom, they said someone will be there within an hour, no one showed up, called again, they promised someone is on his way. Then John, the plumber, called, I explained everything to him, he said he'll be there within an hour. Never showed up. Never called back. No one from the office ever called back, even though I left numerous messages. I had to find another company on a short notice. The wall in my bedroom is damaged because of them and needs to be repainted. It says their office hours are till 4, by 2 pm all calls went into the voicemail, and the answering service said they were gone for the day.

I have had such a horrible experience with Jack O'Connor Plumbing and Heating. After over 6 service calls and over $1,000.00 in fees, my boiler is still not fixed!!! I tried calling Donna (Jack's wife and Office Manager) over 5 times to get to the bottom of the problem and she would not return my calls. This is the WORST plumbing business and do not call them unless you want to spend money on problems that will not be fixed. Watch Out!!!
I wouldn't give them one star!

They seemed very good when first called then went down hill from there, 5 hours late for appointment, no phone calls until I called to find out why, over charge on labor by over 200.00 would only take off an hour when called on it. Bad service (lack of communication and have no understanding that my time is just as valuable as theirs) and over charged would think twice about using this company.
