I have used OCG Plumbing many time over the years. They are fast, honest and affordable. They did a water heater conversion to a Tankless unit and it was not an easy job. I highly recommend them and have used them on multiple jobs.

Oscar installed the radiant heat in our house when it was under construction back in 2012. He was friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. Recently, we were doing a bit of home improvement in our basement and accidentally drilled into one of his radiant heat lines. I closed the valve on the control panel and called him right away and he agreed to drive all the way up to Menlo Park to fix it. He made the repair to the tube and patched up the concrete around it. It's good as new now!

Called Tuesday. Left message. No response. Feeling charitable, I called again on Thursday and got through to plumber. Made 3:30 appointment Monday. I left work way early to meet him. 5:00 (closing time according to website)... still waiting. No call. No answer when I call. Sound like a keeper to you?
