Definitely would use Ocelot plumbing again. Both Ruben and Atticus were awesome putting up with a myriad of questions with humor and professionalism. He installed a new toilet, washlet and three spigots .. the toilet was a bit different than expected so it was going to take more time and possibly cost me another hour of labor. Final cost came in just a smudge north of original quote despite a little more tricky install of a skirted one piece toilet (hate the other designs) and the addition of a toto wash let. I was pleasantly relieved . Recommend without reservation.

Ruben and his guys were great! Would and will use again. They were great, I had them come in to do the plumbing for a new shower. Ruben was on-time, communicated well and got the job done according to spec. Even better, his price was very reasonable. called Ocelot Plumbing (thanks Yelp!) Rueben answered the call, gave me the time-frame when they will show up. and then came on time.

my copper pipe leak was fixed in 10 mins. they charged a fair price, which was given to me in my initial call to them. (2) other plumbers i talked to were going to charge to just show up and give me a pricing after. are you kidding me! for a small job like this ...

anyway, solid guys, solid work. i have no doubt i will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

These guys were great!! As a homeowner with a rental unit, taking care of plumbing problems is a priority for me. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replace ASAP. Ruben and his team showed up with a new heater the next day, were able to deal with my ""demanding"" tenants, repaired the damaged subfloor that I was unaware of and didn't charge me a ""arm and a leg"" for the unexpected work. All this without me having to take off of work and meet him in person for the estimate. It just took one phone conversation, a simple exchange of funds, and three hours of work. On top of all that, his prices were very reasonable. I'd definitely would use him again.

I worked with both Ruben and some of his team (Alex and John) over the course of two weeks. Ruben was great at installing a new kitchen faucet for us (our prior one was leaking and had zero pressure), and the following week, Alex and John came out to replace out 50G water heater (the older one was leaking into our crawl space). They were all super easy to talk to, conscientious about their work, very communicative, and overall, great to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are definitely our go-to team, and Christina is also a joy to work with to schedule appointments.

These guys are amazing! Called and spoke to Ruben on the phone just after lunch, and had a member of his team, Alex, at the house later on in the afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Replaced the troubled section of the gas line servicing my water heater within an hour and now good to go! Thanks for the quick help in a pinch, and will definitely recommend Ocelot.

No question, Ruben does quality work. You can tell he's been doing it a while, knows a lot about products on the market and quality, and is concerned with doing a good job. In fact, after turning on and off the water line for a fix, there was some debris in the faucet, but I didn't know it at the time. He came back at no extra charge - which seemed to me the proper thing to do - but he did it quickly and with a smile. Will definitely use Ocelot again.
