Silverio, the owner, was referred to us by another very well-respected plumber in the area who was busy with a long term job when we called him with an emergency. Silverio showed up within the hour to assess the situation. Our general contractor had botched the plumbing in our new bathroom & kitchen remodel and washer/dryer hookups (ugh, long story). The work was done improperly (wasn't draining, the toilet was on incorrectly, etc.) We were also very concerned about the work the previous contractor did involving the gas hookups. Silverio took his time looking over the entire house and recommended fixes to the previous work. Many recommendations were very inexpensive, yet imperative to the function & safety of both the kitchen & bathroom. He spent the entire next day with his very professional team repairing the work. His team member who specialized in plaster did an amazing job patching necessary holes. We are rather picky when it comes to details and didn't expect this level of expertise. Silverio explained everything in great detail and didn't pressure us to do any work that we didn't want. His estimate was fair and he stuck to every penny. He is a truly skilled plumber, but also just a fair & honest man. We are so happy to have found him and now our plumber forever. Although he has 20 years experience he has started his new business on his own and treats his clients like gold. I can't recommend him enough.
