My husband actually found Ricardo - he is extremely professional, nice, and respectful. He was very clear with his thought process on what might be the issue, and was transparent the whole time. He made sure to ask us if it was okay to walk in and out of our home while he gets his tools/supplies and wears shoe booties to not track dirt into our home. He explained to me ( not knowing much about plumbing) very simply what the issue was, and provided tips to make sure to not encounter the problem again. He was very clean, not only with his things but also put back our kitchen sink items nice and neat. He also provided general tips for the home in terms of good plumbing practice. I think this is well beyond what you pay for , and his service was reasonable.

I tried to tip him for his service but he skipped over it, and instead asked for an honest review and that's what I'm doing!

Fantastic service. First time having a plumbing issue at our house with the toilet getting clogged and water leaking all over the bathroom and downstairs. Found Ricardo on Google/Yelp and he was able to come out that afternoon to take a look.

He provided us with multiple options and quotes that we felt comfortable to go with. He had very kind mannerism and explained all options. We wanted to use the toilet right away so texted him our option and he had time to come out the next day to fix everything. And plus, I don't think we could have gotten better quote from others. He left everything very clean and hauled away the old toilet as well. He even reconnected our bidet!

Ricardo has been my go-to plumber for a few years now. Ever since our first meeting he has proven himself to be honest, ethical, up front, competent, punctual, and fair. The last job we hired him for was a replumb on a 70 year old sink that we wanted to keep original in our mid century modern home. This particular sink was in a built in bar and hadn't been operational in 20 YEARS!! Ocean Plumbing can do it all. Ricardo had water flowing and draining in no time flat. The old faucet head was corroded and spraying all over and Ricardo fixed that also. The original look was preserved and we couldn't be more impressed with the excellence in workmanship and customer service. We had multiple bids on this job because it was unique and required more than an average level of skill to get done right, and I'll just say that these guys' pricing was very reasonable. Before leaving he also advised us on another plumbing issue which actually saved us from having to replace service to the other side of our home, potentially could've cost us several thousand dollars.
