Great service! Had shower bar and new toilet with bidet installed. Left our bathroom clean and disposed the old toilet. Reasonably priced, friendly, and professional service. Years ago they redid all the plumbing in our home and installed a tankless water heater. We were happy then as well! Would recommend them without reservation!

Finally a company that lives up to it's advertisement! Ocean Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever dealt with. The service technician Justin, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything that did on this service call so I knew exactly what I was he was doing. He installed a Farmhouse sink and a new faucet with all the requisite drain tubes and connections. It was done in less than a hour. I called five different companies and Ocean Plumbing was the only company to come out at a last minutes notice, and to cap it all off, they were by far the least expensive. I can't remember the last time a company actually lived up to their promise of good customer service. Nowadays, good customer service and good workmanship is hard to find. Thank you Ocean Plumbing for a job well done. I will highly recommend you to all my relatives and friends.

put green board in my bathroom when hardiboard was in the contract. Had a tiler put tile on the wall over the green board in shower stall and it was crooked. Bent plumbing pipes.

James was excellent and--even though we live in Rockport--we will definitely call on him again for his plumbing help in the future. Truly, I don't think we could possibly have received better service--and on a Saturday no less!!

James was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He helped us with our Navien tankless water heater and he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem (and it wasn't what the troubleshooting guide indicated). He also explained the repair to us and gave us great suggestions on maintenance we can do in order to keep the problem from happening again.

I trust James. And, I trust that he did the job right. I suspect he always does the job right.

I highly recommend Ocean Plumbing. They scheduled an appointment within a couple of hours of my phone call. James gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving and came right on time. He was very professional, informative, had all the needed parts with him, and everything was left tidy upon completion. They are super nice, very professional, very efficient, and I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.
