Last winter, I contacted Ocean Plumbing for a heating issue, and I was very happy with the service call. When my hot water heater started failing, I again contacted Ocean Plumbing. They gave me what I believe to be a very fair estimate. In their estimate, they supplied different options for replacement. After the estimate, they helped me understand my options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Throughout the process, Ocean Plumbing was responsive though both phone and e-mail.

When it came time for installation, they were ready and present when they said they would be there. Unfortunately, I was not. They were kind enough to reschedule and again arrived exactly when they said they would, prepared to do the job. The installation was completed in an efficient way. I am impressed with how clean the installation looks. I am also glad I took their advice on the unit to install. If you need someone in the area for a plumbing job, I would not hesitate to call Ocean Plumbing. I am certainly happy with their work.

we have been using ocean plumbing for the 24 years I have owned my shore house. Their work is impeccable as is their reputation. They have done everything from a clogged drain to a full renovation for us. What I value most about Ocean plumbing is that I can TRUST them to be in my house, without anyone else there. I trust them with the key to my home. To me, that says it ALL! I have always used them, I always will use them.

Totally an unprofessional company.. I called for service nice gentleman came out to look at my two dishwashers which was producing a sewer smell on my clean plates and glasses. We discussed it might be the insinkerator which i was getting replaced by the company when the new insinkerator arrived i called for service and was told that they no longer would service my house, i ask why? She told me just that they would not and it's just life, I could not believe my conversation i asked to talk to the owner and she said why would he talk to me since they don't want to do business with me, I felt that if someone decided not to do business with you that's ok but let the customer know why. Don't understand the secretiveness but felt it was very unprofessional. I advise people at the jersey shore use other plumbing companies that enjoy servicing people. Ocean plumbing has the market here but treats their customers with no respect. Shame on you!!!!!!!

I have dealt with Ocean plumbing for a few years now and they've always done a great job for me I came home from my extended leave away from home today and found that I had no hot water in my hot water tankless system I called and spoke to Artie at 8 AM this morning by 8:15 he had a service man at my house to fix the problem within 20 minutes they fix the problem and we're gone always a great professional company known to the community as the go to guys! thank you very much

Have been a customer for over thirty five years. They are a family owned business. Have had them for repair of plumbing issues, replace water heater etc. They are always dependable , honest and respond very quickly to any plumbing issue. They know what they are doing and do it right the first time. If I could give them ten stars I would.
