Elizabeth W.I highly recommend you do not use this plumbing service. We have a hot water heater that is leaking in an old house and they charged us $185 to come out here and tell use we have a leak! No solution only to call the city and get the water turned off. They were here for a total of 5minutes. They obviously are not that experienced and the guy was all over the place complaining about the situation with absolutely NO SOLUTION!!! It is bad enough to be in a situation where you don't know what to do.. but to call O'Carroll plumbing for a professional opinion only to pay them $185 for a 5min evaluation that just resulted in them telling us THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO! I feel scammed and they should be ashamed to call themselves professionals!
