In October 1999, he took on the role of President and sole owner, expanding the company from 6 employees and $2 million in annual sales to more than 40 employees and over $12 million in yearly sales. Mike's years in the field have made him keenly aware of the detailed intricacies involved in every project. Mike plays an active role in project management and estimating, guaranteeing that every project gets his direct oversight on budget, timeline, and quality assurance.
