O'Cain Construction is a family-owned enterprise that has been serving the community since 1975, led by second-generation owner, Michael O'Cain. O'Cain Construction, a mid-sized business, boasts an annual sales volume of 10 to 15 million dollars, focusing on exceptional construction quality while maintaining standard industry pricing. Projects are completed promptly, always keeping the owner's best interests in mind. While we currently serve South Carolina and Georgia, we are available to work in additional Southeast locations.

Mike, a Civil Engineering alumnus of Clemson University, brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. He became the President and sole owner of the company in October of 1999, growing it from 6 employees and a yearly sales volume of $2 million to over 40 employees and annual sales exceeding $12 million since then. Mike's years in the field have made him keenly aware of the detailed intricacies involved in every project. By being involved in project management and estimating, he ensures that each project benefits from his personal focus on budget, schedule, and quality standards.
