The drain for our washing machine was clogged. I actually had another rooter company out here first. Their estimate went from $99 on the phone to $389 when the plumber arrived. I promptly sent him packing. I am just glad I verified the price he started work.

I found Fernando here on Yelp..yup Yelp! I called him first thing in the morning. He said he could be here between 11 and 12 and it would be $99. Having had bad experiences with plumbers not showing up I thought to myself ""okay, 11 - 12 means 1-4 in plumberese and $99 is probably going to turn into $200. To my surprise Fernando texted me at about 10:30 and said he was on his way. He was here shortly before 11.

He cleaned the drain out. It had not been cleaned in 30 years so it was a little harder than he thought I think. I expected him to tell me that it would be a little more because of the difficulty...and I would have paid it just for the good service. But the bill actually was $99. No upsell.

I am a Realtor and often need to call a plumber for one thing or another for homes. I will definitely be calling Fernando and giving his name to my colleagues. Thank you Fernando!

Better, Faster, and Cheaper service than I expected!
I recently ordered a bidet to install on my toilet... and like a jack ass I tried to install it myself. In the process I broke the valve and finally decided to contact an expert. Fernando was at my door with am assistant within 15 minutes! I live in a condo so I had no clue where the main shut-off valve is located, but he found it, then he replaced the valve and installed the bidet CORRECTLY in what seemed like half an hour. If I need plumming services in the future, ...he is who I'll be calling.

My boyfriend found OC Rooter on Yelp (duh!). Our kitchen sink in the new house we purchased had a complete stoppage, and we wanted it fixed stat.

Ethan called for a service request at 6 am yesterday, and by 7:30 am Fernando called to schedule an appointment for 9am the same day. I was in shock. This was by no means an ""emergency"" service, so I was stoked we could be fit into his schedule so quickly.

Fernando arrived ahead of schedule, and resolved the issue within 15-20 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. It helps that his rates are extremely reasonable. Oh, and he offered a thirty day guarantee on his work.

This guy is fantastic... Definitely adding him to our maintenance contact list for any other plumbing issues that may arise. I highly recommend OC Rooter and Fernando for anyone looking for quick and reliable service!

My sister-in-law referred me to Fernando, because they had such a great experience when he helped them with a leak from the bathroom to the garage, other plumbers had come out and put holes in walls and never diagnosed the problem or fixed it. When he got to their house he gave them the price, completed the job and even though it cost more to fix the problem he did not charge them for it. When Fernando came to my house he gave me a quote for several issues I needed fixed and it was done that afternoon on the spot. He's professional, knowledgeable, clean, and quick. He even threw in extra's!!!! Will refer everyone I know that has plumbing issues to call Fernando. Thanks Fernando for doing such a good job and great price, your the best!!!!!

I called Fernando late last night -- around 1030pm, as my parent's drains were backed up. With my father being ill, it was extremely important that the problem got fixed ASAP. He returned my call THAT NIGHT. Arranged to be at their house at noon -- showed up EARLY (unheard of these days!!). Mom told him to do whatever he needed to do to fix the drains, which for some, would mean taking advantage of the customer. Not Fernando -- he insisted on quoting her price before he began working. He fixed the problem quickly and could not have been any nicer. Would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!!!

Called Fernando after I saw his Yelp reviews. I am glad I did. Fernando came about an hour after I initially called. The kitchen sink was backing up. It was a very stubborn job as the pipes are old (about 70 years) and have a lot of old grease. Unfortunately he needed to come back a second time but he guarantees his work. He was very clean & cleaned up after himself after he left. His rates are very reasonable and he is an honest businessman.
